He can't really kill you if he fails his stun, and if he gets you, you're able to escape if his team does not follow him up.
Elise
Skill match-up.
Evelynn
Try to get aggressive on her every time you can. If she falls behind hard, then she won't be able carry late game.
Gragas
The first getting hit by the other's stun usually wins the trade.
Graves
Long range and high damage, but don't forget you're an assassin, just let him ay his early game, here you must be concentred on late game where you delete everyone.
Hecarim
It's difficult to play against since he has good escape, damage and engage at every stage of the game.
Ivern
Steal his blue and he's useless. Just try to get 1v1s on him as you will most likely win if his team does not show up.
Jarvan IV
You can easily escape his follow up combo with your Rappel and kill him after.
Kayn
Rhaast is a problem, Blue Kayn is a problem, so you MUST get kills on him as soon as possible to get ahead enough so he can't 1shot you later or CC you to death.
Kha'Zix
If you land your Cocoon, you win, if not, get on your spider form and his damage will be halved.
Kindred
Another ADC jungler... let her get her early game, focus on getting feed on the other side of the map, since she can't kill you there :)
Lee Sin
How annoying is his kit? Try to dodge his Q moving or his 2nd activation with your Cocoon or Rappel, then you'll be fine to escape or kill him.
Master Yi
You have the early game priority, he has some troubles with his first clear, get on him there, if you kill him 2 times, it shouldn't be a problem anymore.
Nidalee
Has lots of damage, dodge her spear and all-in her at all stages to win.
Nocturne
Skill match-up. The first one geting CCed loses the trade normally.
Has lots of sustain in the jungle. Try to group with one of your lanes to kill him easily, but DO NOT CHASE HIM! NEVER!!!
Rammus
After 6 you can't really kill him anymore, just try not confronting him if not 1v1 at levels 2~5.
Rek'Sai
You can't kill her alone without your Cocoon, and even there, she might kill you, so try to get her low before all-ining her.
Rengar
Same as for Kha'Zix. Hit your Cocoon to win, use Rappel to dodge his first on you from a bush.
Shaco
Difficult to kill, difficult to chase, difficult to escape from... you should never 1v1 him unless you know 100% there are no boxes near you or he has already used 1. Try to camp him in his jungle.
Shyvana
Versus Tank Shyvana, try to not 1v1 her. Versus AP Shyvana, try ti not 1v1 her, usually you'll win 2v2s but not 1v1s, since she has more damage than you but it's single target.
Skarner
He's pretty bad without his crystals, so try to confront him without them around or controlling the nearest one.
Udyr
Never 1v1 him, you'll always need someone else to kill him, he has a very good kit to deny every assassin potential.
Vi
Try to 1v1 her at level 2, you can clear yoir jungle with more ease and you're a lot stronger then. If not, you can try ti steal her scuttle and kill her with your health and mana advantage.
Volibear
You can profit of his bad early game to kill him as often. But be careful about his team coming to help. In mid/late game you won't be able to 1v1 him.
Warwick
As Udyr, NEVER 1v1 him. He can easily get you low and heal up your damage.
Wukong
He can't really kill you, but can escape with ease, so try to wait for him using his invisibility before landing your Cocoon and killing him for sure.
Zac
You can't really 1v1 him, so try to counter jungle with your mid-laner and to get deep wards on his jungle to avoid his long-range ganks.
Caitlyn
Caitlyn can set up ganks with her traps really well where you can easily follow up with your Cocoon and get a free kill.
Morgana
Let's you set up really good ganks early game and allows you do easy picks in mid-late game with her Q.
Leona
Good for early game skirmishes and eanebles you to get ahead quickly if you play around her.
Twisted Fate
Can set up really strong ganks with ease since his stun is almost always avaible.
Aatrox
Strong CC which combined with yours, can get really easy kills.
Kai'Sa
Can follow up your ganks really well after 6 with her ult, her damage output potencial is incredibly strong and you can feed her to secure your team late game.

Hey, I'm Fernando, this is my first guide here. I've been "coaching" low elo players since 2 years ago and I've really get into most of their minds. This guide will be focused on errors when playing as Elise in low elo, tips and tricks to get going through your matches and to improve at this marvelous champ. It should help you all improve at microgame with Elise and knowledge of the game, when is she strong and why, which will help you start analyzing situations by your own and then improving at everything else.
Hope you enjoy!
PROS and CONS
Elise is an APAssassin, so it's characterised by the main PROS and CONS of AP and Assassin champs.
PROS
High damage Very good Early-Game High mobility Reliable CC Easy to chase with Good overall kit Easy to avoid global abilities with
CONS
Squishy Bad Late-Game Countered by any type of CC Hard to master Not a very flexible champ
HOW IT WORKS IN TEAMS
Elise is a very specific champ. It works very well in compositions with LOTS OF CC(where you'll be the carry, waiting for your moment to instakill squishy enemies or priority targets) and/or LOTS OF DAMAGE(where you should be an engager, you must take advantage of your strong early-game to get your carries feed). There are about 3 main types of playable Elise:
-EARLY-GAME ELISE
-LATE-GAME ELISE
-ON-HIT ELISE
I explain every type on the "HOW TO PLAY" section.
ABILITIES & EXPLANATIONS
Elise has 2 different FORMS with 7 different abilities and 1 passive ability. To fully control her in every situation, you must understand them.
ABILITIES EXPLAINED
(passive)SPIDERQUEEN
When Elise casts abilities on enemies in her Human Form prepare 1 spiderling. When Elise transforms into her Spider Form, summons all the spiderlings to fight with her. The spiderlings will deal physical damage.
This ability is the responsible for Elise's strong Early-Game. After the cast of 2 or 3 spells in Human Form you should immediately transform into your Spider Form to wait for cooldowns and to amplify your damage, since, before level 6, your spiderlings do lots of damage. At first you'l be able to have only 2 spiderlings, yet you'll be able to have more as the match advances.
(Q)Neurotoxin / Venomous Bite
In Human Form you'll be able to use Neurotoxin. With this ability, Elise shots a strong corrosive venom to the target, dealing more damage to higher health enemies. In Spider Form you'll have Venomous Bite in your Q. Elise lunges at her objective, damaging him, doing more damage to lower health enemies.
Neurotoxin is the best spell to start a trade, since it deals its maximum damage to full-health targets. However it has a big mana cost, so don't spam it whenever you can unless you are in need of spiderlings. Venomous Bite is a very low cooldown ability in your Spider Form. I recommend using it as often as possible to amplify your damage at your maximum. Moreover, when used, Venomous Bite makes all your spiderlings and your Volatile Spiderling leap on your objective, dealing damage too. Since your abilities on Spider Form don't have any mana cost, you must spam them as often as possible.
