Lucian Mid is an aggressive lane bully than can catch people off guard and trade very well. Don't pick him if there are no other AP champs on your team.

Combos

Full Damage: AA-E-AA-Q-AA
W animation cancel: W-E
Ranged Poke: E-AA-Q

Gameplay

Level 1: Poke with AA-Q-AA if possible and farm
Level 2: Now you can start doing damage to them with E-AA-Q-AA
Level 3-5: Play aggressive and try to all in
Level 6-11: Look for easy roams if possible
12-18: Avoid being picked in teamfights. Only use E to engage if it is guaranteed that you're safe
