Unless the player is making a mistake you can never hit double Q, however you can also set up Bombs at her W so that she cant really recall to it.
Champion Build Guide
I started OTPing Zilean in Season 8 the first season I started playing ranked as that was the time I had all champions on my Eune account. So I played him and climbed as support to Gold 1 on Eune with what I can read a 66% win rate over 100+ games (https://eune.op.gg/summoner/userName=i1oveZombie).
And in season 8 I also "converted" or made a new account rather on EUW and started playing midlane there. Playing from Level 1 to getting to high Gold in this server as well. And season 9 I took platinum for the first time playing a lot of Talon. during the end of the season I got more and more bored of the game and stopped playing for a long while.
So now during season 10 I got back to playing late this summer, and rather than get back to the game in normal games i tried my best in ranked. Didn't go well, placed very low as I lost like 9 of the games. Trying to get back I just have been grinding for a bit until now I just decided to just OTP Zilean again, as I find this way of playing more fun and at least with this I have some consistency. As my farm sucks, but with Zilean i just bomb the way and that's it.
I will try to update this Guide frequently, and if it helps anyone else than me im happy. Also this is my EUW account https://euw.op.gg/summoner/userName=i1oveZombie.

When to go?: When you are vs a punishable and not too risky melee character.
About it:
Zilean is really good at punishing Melee characters as the way he throws his

"The Scaling One" (Vs Ranged)
When to go?: when vs Ranged and some melee matchups that carries to much risk to poke.
Zilean scales really well, with hes 600 + (1.8 AP) magic damage when he double bombs, and not to mention this is AoE damage with a AoE stun of 1.5 seconds on everyone.
There for he can also just play for himself rather than ruining his enemies game as he could to most Melee's. So when you play the "Vs Ranged" build you focus on clearing waves.
"The Glacial One"
When to go?: When you have a harder matchup and want to come on earlier, or just play safe and lose some farm.
The Glacial I would only play if I know that scaling into late game is not good and I cant punish my enemy laner, then instead I can just focus solely on being a utility bot. Similarly to the scaling one you want to focus on clearing waves when running this build.
You want an early [[Tear of the Godess]
When you are Vs range you generally cant out poke them, or rather its easier to "win" the lane from just farming.
