Introduction

Nasus is seen as a late game beast because of his infinitely scaling Q, but I am here to tell you that he is a mid-game champion. This is because of his kit lacking a gap closer so his infinite damage is countered by basic peel and a kiting ADC. He spikes around the first two items and can take control of the lane even earlier. Even so, his infinite scaling is very useful later as a tower has no form of cc to protect itself, in short, you can split push lanes like a monster.

Runes

This is the most efficient rune page for Nasus against ad opponents as it allows you to stack your Q faster with the CDR runes and the movement speed makes you less kitable. When in a lane vs an AP champion your best bet is to take a standard bruiser page with movement speed quints instead of AD. (9 AD Marks, 9 Armor Seals, 9 MR Blues, 3 Movement Speed Quints)
