Introduction

The only thing I have to say about Nasus is that he is a very strong champion and he is very Op and that his Top Lane could be harassed easy by him as an Off-Tank.
I can also mention that he has 2 very strong skills and one of them is called Siphoning Strike that must be farmed in the early game so that his true damage in early game could really beat theyr ... And we also have Wither wich is a very strong skill of slow also considered the best slow skill actually ( 95% slow ) even better than Karthus Wall of Pain that has only 80% slow.
Playing carefully with Nasus leads your team to a sure victory .

Skills

Soul Eater:Passive

Nasus drains his foe's spiritual energy, giving him a natural 14 / 17 / 20% life-steal.

Explanation:
A very good passive that gives Nasus the ocassion to keep his lane strong because of the lifesteal and very helpfull for massive farming if enemy is not near and you are on low health and also gives the ocassion of a tower kill because ofthat is very helpfull

Siphoning Strike: Q

Cooldown: 8 / 7 / 6 / 5 / 4
Cost: 20 Mana
Physical Damage: 30 / 50 / 70 / 90 / 110 (+ 100% AD) (+3 [+6] per enemy killed by Siphoning Strike)
Active: Nasus' next attack within 10 seconds will deal additional damage. Siphoning Strike permanently gains 3 stacked damage whenever it kills an enemy. This bonus is doubled to 6 stacked damage if the enemy killed is a champion, big monster or big minion.

Explanation:
This is one of the skills that give Nasus a powerfull advantage even if in the early game it is a weak skill it must be farmed and farmed a lot until the late game comes and Nasus will despair his enemyes just by activating it ( not telling u anymore by hitting the enemyes with it )

Wither: W
Range: 700
Cooldown: 15 / 14 / 13 / 12 / 11
Cost: 80 mana
Slow over 5 seconds from 35% to: 47% / 59% / 71% / 83% / 95%

Active: Nasus ages his target, slowing their movement and attack speed by 35%. An additional slowing effect increases over the duration of the spell. If the duration of Wither is reduced, the added slowing effect is applied faster.

Explanation:
Karthus be affraid because here it comes it's Nasus's great ability that has even more slow that your's with 15% ! That's right folkes Nasus has a 95% slow skill and it is very dangerous because the target ain't having much options to escape from death

Spirit Fire: E
Range: 650
Cooldown: 12
Cost: 70 / 85 / 100 / 115 / 130 mana
Initial Magic Damage: 55 / 95 / 135 / 175 / 215 (+ 60% AP)
Magic Damage Per Second: 11 / 19 / 27 / 35 / 43 (+ 12% AP)
Total Magic Damage: 110 / 190 / 270 / 350 / 430 (+ 120% AP)
Armor Reduction: 20 / 25 / 30 / 35 / 40
Diameter of AoE: 800

Active: Nasus unleashes a spirit flame at a location for 5 seconds. Enemies caught in the area are dealt a burst of magic damage. Additionally, enemies in the area are dealt magic damage each second and have their armor reduced while on there and for 1 extra second.

Explanation:

It is a nice skill but I suggest not using it while you are on your top lane and better use it in teamfights and others but if you use it try to combo with it by using your Spirit Fire to damage them as much as you can with it when you have the ocassion of a kill

Fury of the Sands: R
Cooldown: 120
Cost: 150 mana
Health Gained: 300 / 450 / 600
Max Health to Magic Damage Ratio Per Second: 3% / 4% / 5% (+ 1% per 100 AP)
Total Max Health to Magic Damage Ratio: 45% / 60% / 75% (+ 15% per 100 AP)
Total Magic Damage Possible (to a single enemy): 3600
Total Bonus Attack Damage Possible (from a single enemy): 229.5
Diameter of AoE: 350

Explanation:
Here we are bigger and badder Nasus gains lots of bonuses like health , good damage , and he converts 6,375% of his damage into bonus attack so using your ulti in a crowd be sure you are very helpfull and do a great job using it in the right time

Lane Play

Ok so we reached the point where ur on the field playing against another annoying enemy . By simply harrasing or not depends on your mood your enemy you're in advantage even because they will be affraid to do anything as u keep farming ur Siphoning Strike until it becomes more Op than you'd ever think and defending yourself just by using Wither to escape in bad situations or kill them .
Your passive will help you a lot keeping ur lane alive and making u a great farmer + that ur Siphoning Strike will be too Op for your foe and you will be just safe from ganks.

Team Fights

Getting involved in teamfights is like fighting against some flyes because after you farmed well your Siphoning Strike you are well known and feared in teamfights.
But comunicating and fighting isn't the only thing you must do you have to take care of theyr engager because if you caught him with Wither he is dead and they will simply go in a teamfight of 4v5 means advantage for your team. Using Spirit Fire is also usefull because it does few damage that will sure scare your enemyes because it is AoE and they just cant afford to loose too much hp in TF and then you can catch one of them in a bad lane position and Wither them and sure kill for the team.
After teamfight is over your team could push towers , you musnt hesitate using your Siphoning Strike on the towers because Nasus is also considered one of the best pushers in the game because he can solo a tower within seconds

Farming

Farming with Nasus is not as easy as it sounds because you must farm fast to get about a +250 +300 bonus damage on your Siphoning Strikeand then you must go out in teamfights . But this is not the hard part the hard part may be the one that you must help in teamfights and you dont have enough farm to help out the team so that would lead you to an unconfortable situation because u must choose between farm or team and it's not hard to choose but I intend to belive that you would choose your team .
If you are in a bad situation with farm and have about +100 damage I suggest while teamfights are out to go and farm everything you can to get more and more damage so that you can recuperate what you lost on teamfights and others.

Spells

Ok I suggest you take in the majority of the cases only Teleport and Ghost because they are very utile.
Why Teleport ?
It gives you self confidence and helps you win your lane easy because Nasus doesn't wants to loose farm on top and if you are out of HP ( rarely) Teleport could be a usefull spell to return you back to your lane just to help you not to loose farm / tower.
Why Ghost ?
Talking about speed ..? Well Nasus aint that great at this chapter so we decided to help him out with the quint of movement speed as u saw and with the Ghost that will help him escape from ganks / bad fights or just to kill someone and then run away like a crazy dog .

Optional Spells

Flash : A nice spell but it ain't for Nasus because the only thing that makes Nasus happy is Ghost because he is a dog as we all know and dogs love speed.
Exhaust : I never picked it for Nasus but I taught it will be interesting getting involved in a teamfight and slow down 2 of your foes
Smite : Nasus does a great job as jungler because he isn't harassed on lane or ganked for his Siphoning Strike farm he just farms and then ganks at lvl 2 with an easy Witherthat slows enemy down enough just to give ur team a FB or a kill

Lore

The enigmatic creature known as Nasus came to the League from a faraway world, and served as part of a vast and learned desert empire. There he was a respected and enlightened individual, having been made the Keeper of the Great Library. However, he was also part of a race of animalistic creatures that served as the rulers and protectors of the people. Unfortunately, there were others of his kind that believed they were more than protectors. They were under the egotistical delusion that they had ascended to become gods. War on Nasus's world was never more than a breath away, as these deluded others sought to enslave the people and establish a totalitarian sovereignty. In the midst of a heated battle, just as Nasus was about to slay his treacherous brother Renekton, he was pulled through the cosmos to a summoning circle in Runeterra.

At first angered that he had been taken just as he was about to cripple the enemies of his people, Nasus' advanced intellect won out when he heard the pleas for mercy from the summoners. He learned that Runeterra was also filled with its own brand of injustice. This danger was no less threatening than what he had fought against at home, and champions were needed to protect the people of this world. Heeding the call, Nasus chose to take his place in the League of Legends, knowing that his brothers and sisters would carry on the fight back home. These days, he is the Curator of the Sands, feeling most at home in the crumbling ruins of the Shurima Desert. However, recent disturbing news has reached the Keeper's ears - rumors that perhaps his brother had not in fact been left behind. If this were the case, the destruction of Renekton would quickly become Nasus' main priority, before this world too faces the threats of his brother's forked-tongue and endless ambition.

"The Curator of the Sands, though contemplative, is not to be trifled with."

Counters

Nasus gets countered by guys that are very aggresive in early game and that wont ever let him farm like :

Yes u heard it well the bad hamster came back and it's blind skill wont let Nasus farm also the thing is that Teemo is a range fighter and he is faster than Nasus and + that Teemo have shrooms to counter Nasus's Wither and it becomes a very big problem and late game will catch Nasus with no farm

Hello Riven this is you'r time to bark at the dog ...It's true my friends Riven again counters a very good champ by jumping , dashing , shielding and stunning and also Riven has a great harass against Nasus in early / late game so you guys should think about it and play in defence against those guys

Repair and fix it mr. Robot it's time to get Rumble in action . Yes Rumble counters Nasus because of his slows , flyes , shieldings + his incredible OP ranged , powered , and slowing ulti that makes us all angry when we are in teamfights :\

Garen is back and he harasses our loved dog by silencing , shielding himself , and doing whirlwind ensuring that if he takes damage from Siphoning Strike he gives back damage + that hes passive is annoying

Those guys are Nasus principal counters but we also have Renekton, Olaf , Darius , Vladimir , Gangplank , Pantheonthat could really kick Nasus's a$$ if he doesn't takes care on lane like he should do
