Introduction

This guide is for a friend of mine. He wants to test it. It's not ready yet. If you want to use the build go ahead, no one's stopping you. :P

Masteries

Yes, the masteries are messed up. And why? Because I would have put all 30 points into defense if it weren't for the fact that Improved Recall and Summoner's Insight can save you and also mundo needs the cooldown reduction. might as well get the Destruction while you're at it. While I don't believe that the tank should run away first in a teamfight, I also don't believe that you should die a pointless death if they focus down your adc and the rest of your team, leaving you the last one. Might as well prevent a ace.

Skills

Infected Bonesaw costs nearly nothing but make sure you hit with it or you'll have to wait twice as long for your health to get back up.
Heart Zapper not recommended until you get at least 10 health regen.
Blunt Force Trauma can be used for extra damage but I prefer to save for turrets and champions.
Maximum Dosage turret diving, surviving, consistant Heart Zapper and a ton of movement speed. great ult

THE CORE ITEMS

Warmog's Armor is, was, and will always be the best item for Tanks. (Cannot guarantee future patch changes) with 1000 health and a unique passive that syncs well with your passive Goes Where He Pleases A must get and part of the core
The main reason you want this item is the unique passive, which buffs both your Goes Where He Pleases and your Maximum Dosage. The health and magic resist are decent. Also contains CDR for all of your cleaver spamming needs.
We get the mandatory boots and they shall be upgraded to Mercury's Treads. Why? We have magic resist, movement speed, and tenacity, all in one package!

So what about Ninja Tabi?

In all honesty, Ninja Tabi isn't worth it unless you have at least 3 AD enemies. Tenacity is a better all around choice, since most champions will have some form of cc, but if the ad's on the opposite team are doing quite a bit of damage, picking up Ninja Tabi can't hurt.

Soooo... spell vamp?

Hell no. You are Doctor Mundo. Health Regeneration is your thing. Lifesteal/spell vamp is for wimps like Olaf who arn't tough enough to bear the burden of pain. ;D
