Getting the elephant in the room out the way with; I am not a high-elo player. Using what I see from Beifeng as a basis for this guide and not drawing from personal experience.

Will also not be touching on decision-making or macro; this guide is purely for item builds and combo execution.

E R - Mouse movement and inputs need to be faster than you likely expect; too slow and your ult will whiff at certain distances. Also be aware that the game aims your R where your mouse was pointing at the time you made the input, NOT when the animation starts.

R aa - You can input a move command before the aa to help line up the follow-up Qs.

R Prowler's aa - For some reason, A-clicking directly on their champion model is the fastest way to get this auto out.

Q W Q - Don't do the second Q too fast or you will get a similar problem to E R where the game remembers your cursor position from way earlier than you want.

W Q Flash Ignite aa - This is for killing people who still have Flash before they can react. Fastest aa is most consistent when you do it in the latter half of the blue channel bar but you can also just mash A-click for it.

If you're using E Flash to start these I recommend Eing them outside of its range and then plinking (Your text to link here...) Flash R; again, you need to have fast mouse movement for this.

E R aa Q W Q aa - Prowler-less all in. Can move command before the first aa to get a better angle for the QWQ.

E R Prowler's aa Q W Q aa - Basically the same but with Prowler's.

Qg W E R Prowler's aa Q aa - Longest range oneshot from grass Q stealth. If they have no escape option you can probably get a second auto before the final Q.

Q W Prowler's aa E Q - Ultless oneshot for when you're ahead/late game.

aa R Prowler's E Q W Q aa - Max damage combo if they're fighting you near a wall or facechecking you.

aa E Qb W Q - Towerdive combo. Can add Prowler's in before the aa if you have it.
