That's kindof funny to fight a Quinn as Quinn. Never happened but I can imagine that the worser lane will get penetrated .

Laning Phase
You can go aggro with your Supp from level 2(would recommend level 3 tho)
Your Dmg is high and your blind Counters the ADC.
At Level 6 you should ALWAYSult when you are in your Base.
Ganking
Go top? No problem
Mid has problems? Wou are there in 5 seconds.
Bot? ....well when you are not jungling it's pretty much your lane tho mid is also possible with this build.
You don't even need any form of CC for a good gank.
E on the enemy AA him Q him and continuing AA-ing him.
Late Game
If you win lane you can Charge on enemys from your base and 1-shot them, when they are not Tanks.
Any ADC will just get demolished by you in a glimpse.
BUTif you loose lane and you are only 3/5/4 for example, don't you worry! Quinn still has alot of DMG and can still shred some ADC's tho it takes some time.
Escaping
Well if you dont have atleast 4 seconds and E is not up it will get hard.
I'll link some Videos when i have them done so you can see some Quinn escapde tactics.
The most important thing is to run and not to use ult, unsless you have 4-5 seconds and it's a long way to the team.Any Dmg of Champions cancels your ult so always keep that in mind.
