Hello guys.

I want to share with you my personal build I run on Singed.

This runes, masteries and itemazition are kinda unique so you can hate them or love them.

Hope to be usefull and help you with anything you need to know for succeeding as Singed.

Let's start with Singed basic and unique abilities.

Passive - Noxious Slipstream: INNATE: Moving near a champion grants Singed 20% bonus movement speed for 2 seconds. The effects of Noxious Slipstream can stack up to 25 times. This effect cannot occur on the same target more than once every few seconds.

Q - Poison Trail: TOGGLE: Singed leaves a poison cloud behind him for 3.25 seconds. Enemies standing in the cloud's trail are poisoned for 2 seconds, taking magic damage every 0.25 seconds for the duration, continually refreshing while remaining in the affected area.

W - Mega Adhesive: ACTIVE: Singed covers the target area with a potent adhesive for 3 seconds, Slow icon slowing by 60% and Grounded icon grounding all enemies within.

E - Fling: ACTIVE: Singed flings the target enemy over his shoulder, dropping at a location 550 units behind Singed after 1 second and dealing magic damage, capped against minions and monsters. Targets flung into Mega Adhesive's area of effect are temporarily rooted.

R - Insanity Potion: ACTIVE: Singed drinks a potent chemical brew, gaining bonus ability power, bonus armor, bonus magic resistance, bonus movement speed, bonus health regeneration, and bonus mana regeneration, all for the next 25 seconds.

Primary Tree - Inspiration:

Unsealed Spellbook: This rune gives Singed everything he needs. The only real problem on Singed is that he can easily be kited. With the combination of Spellbook with Nimbus Cloak makes your chasing way easier and also if your normal summoners are down you can get any other summoner for free. You can also use ur first summoner swap to TP back to lane while also having ignite for kill pressure.

Magical footware: You are not forced to go magical footwear. Into ranged matchups or harder ones you can go for stopwatch since you need boots early. Otherwise just go magic footwear for free stronger boots since you don't need them early. Pretty much a free kill at 10 Min worth of gold.

Future's market: This one is kinda tricky. I really like to go Rod of Ages on Singed. I like ROA because with this runes you have literally 0 sustain and that's why Catalyst of Aeons makes up for it. If you don't like ROA you can sit on Catalyst of Aeons and go for Rylai's Crystal Scepter . Future's market make you back at 900 gold and make you purchase Catalyst of Aeons early so you have infinite sustain and it's one of the reason i never start Dark Seal on Singed but i go for Doran's Ring start.

Approach Velocity: This rune is kinda underrated in my opinion. It gives you an immense amount of movement speed on impaired target (that count on your W and when you'll get Rylai's Crystal Scepter ) compared to just a flat 5% from Timewarp Tonic Timewarp Tonic and a bit more sustain. Since i do not take Timewarp Tonic I always start with Doran's Ring and 2 potions. It gives you HP compared to Dark Seal and Mana Regen. The 2 flat potions heals as much as Refillable Potion+Timewarp tonic and Refillable become pretty uneccesary when you purchase your Catalyst of Aeons . Approach Velocity also scale like crazy into the mid to late game since Rylai's Crystal Scepter constantly proc this rune.

Secondary Tree - Sorcery:

Celerity: Not much to explain here. Singed mobility is movement speed. This runes gives you more might as well take it :)

Nimbus Cloak: This rune is so op combined with Spellbook. You always have it up and can use it multiple times in a fight. Makes up for Singed low mobility with a burst of movement speed.

Ghost: In this patch ghost got hard buffed. If before u did not know what to choose between flash and ghost, now you always run ghost.

Ignite: Ignite makes up for the lack of a damage keystone and also since you can swap summoners you can change it whenever you want after using it.

My Singed Itemization is kinda unique so you can follow it or go for a standard buildpath:

Rod of Ages: Super underrated item. It's really gold efficient it's 97.12% gold efficient without its passive ( passive alone is super good on Singed) and 156.47% gold efficient at max stacks. The passive alone makes up for the lack of sustain from Corrupting Potion and Ravenous Hunter You reach the point where without those sustain items clearing minion waves actually hurt you really bad. You can just sit on Catalyst of Aeons but since you build Blasting Wand anyway I rather finish my ROA and start stacking it early with the help of Future's Market and then proceed to build Rylai's Crystal Scepter for the utility.

Rylai's Crystal Scepter: Standard item on Singed. HP, AP and Slow on your Q - Poison Trail . The best utility item in the game for Singed.

Liandry's Torment: The best Damage item on Singed. It synergize amazingly well with Rylai's Crystal for the amazing AoE %HP burn. Must have item on SInged if you wanna carry games.

Zhonya's Hourglass: The best mage item in the entire game. It gives you AP, Armor and the Active - Stasis to make you immune to death for 2.5 seconds. It also give 10% CDR so you have your Ultimate - Insanity Potion up faster. If you just want the armor you can sit on Seeker's Armguard and go for Rabadon's Deathcap for insane damage or Banshee's Veil for Magic Resist.

Banshee's Veil: Super good item for Magic Resist and AP. It also gives you a really helpfull Passive - SpellShield that prevents you to get CC'ed when trying to engage. And gives another 10% CDR on top of Zhonya's Hourglass .

Rabadon's Deathcap: Take this item if you don't need the Magic Resist from Banshee's Veil or the armor from Zhonya's Hourglass . Otherwise do not buy it.

This is the best build in my opinion.
It's a good mix between Damage,Resistences and HP.
This build makes the most off Singed kit for the best solo carry potential.

With your full build You have:
500HP from ROA (at max stacks) + 300HP from Rylai's Crystal + 300HP from Liandry's Torment + 2025HP at lvl18(Basic Singed health) for a total of 3125HP.

100AP from ROA (at max stacks) + 90AP from Rylai's Crystal + 75AP from Liandry's Torment (i do not count the burn DMG and the 10% increased DMG) + 75AP from Zhonya's Hourglass + 75AP from Banshee's Veil + 90AP from your Ultimate - Insanity Potion for a total of 505AP.

93.5 Armor (Base Singed armor at lvl18) + 45 armor from Zhonya's Hourglass + 90 armor from our Ultimate - Insanity Potion for a total of 228.5 Armor.

53.35MR (Base Singed MR at lvl18) + 60MR from Banshee's Veil + 90MR from your Ultimate - Insanity Potion for a total of 203.35MR.

I do not count the Armor or Magic resist coming from either Ninja Tabi or Mercury's Treads

I let you all playing as you want.

Some people like laning aggrissive, some people like laning passively,some people like to proxy all game.

It all comes to personal preferences and lane matchups.

The most important part of this guide is my build path that makes it kinda unique.

The primary focus in my lane is to get Catalyst of Aeons ASAP so that i can pretty much lane forever.

After that you have to play for the midgame while farming then roaming trying to secure a good mid game for your team.
