This is my build that I use and I swear to god it works... Korea is going to discover this after I did and then in a year all of you will be using it...

I just went 17/5/18 in a ranked game and had by far most dmg in game to champs and total.

The reason this works so well is that your q crits, and restores your mana, AND you have max cd reduction so its like rapid fire super damage crit with endless ammo. Did I mention your muramana will always proc its passive since your mana will always be fulL? Yeah... crazy damage? yeah... Just start it like your regular blue ezreal build but after the core instead of building like a pu&&y you should be building to the current meta, which in bot lane is crit. Nuff said.

Get a good poke comp and go crazy. You need the armor pen though or one tank will eat you..

If they all build thornmail you'll have to drop one of your items and build lifesteal....

Make sure you don't hard engage with this because you do have very low lifesteal. That's the only downside...

late game? Bro Tip: sell your boots and buy lifesteal.. More dmg, you'll still be max cd because of reaver so just be cautious of your speed and you're a flipping monster.
