Shaco - The Jungling Juggalo
Some of my ideas came from Reginald so if you want to see his build the link is here:

I prioritize Jack in the Box over his other abilities because it helps him jungle fastest and in my opinion his best ability. Sure raising Two-Shiv Poison gives you more damage, but a longer fear can ruin a champions escape or chances of survival. Two-Shiv is next for the damage and Deceive last.

Placing a nest of JitBs in a bush can allow for an easy and unsuspected gank. Also using them as wards allows for good map control and defense while attacking Dragon or Barron. Use them on key choke points and lane entrances while pushing lanes to see enemies before they can gank you.

Upon activation of Hallucinate, Shaco can dodge abilities with proper timing. The clone does not have items or neutral monster buffs so finding the real Shaco is not very difficult.

Other good choices are Flash and Exhaust

Armor pen marks for increased damage output and faster jungling.
Flat armor for easier jungling and all-around defense. (Can be replaced with attack speed seals)
Flat cooldown glyphs because cooldown is always good. (Can be replaced)
Armor pen quints for increased damage and fatster jungling.

Like most junglers, start with Cloth Armor and 5 Health Potions.

On your next buy, you will want to buy Madred's Razors for faster jungling and Boots of Speed if you have enough money.

Now finish your Wriggle's Lantern for the ward and even faster jungling. The faster you jungle, the faster you get to ganking therfore making you better for your team.

Buy Berserker's Greaves for more attack speed for more damage output.

The new Cloak and Dagger is a great replacement for Mercury's Treads and Phantom Dancer. It is much cheaper allowing you to build an Infinity Edge faster.

Now to get some damage, Infinity Edge will give you amazing damage on your crits and basic attacks.

Now to get a defensive item. Banshee's is my recommended, but in the case the enemy lacks magic damage, a Sunfire Cape will give you some nice health with some armor. Guardian Angel is another good choice although I would prefer some health.

Next get a Black Cleaver or a Last Whisper. If the enemy team does not build effective armor, a Black Cleaver will help shred their weak armor allowing you to hit them even harder. In the case the enemy builds good armor, a Last Whisper will provide the armor penetration to still deal good damage to them.

I get Berserker's Greaves for the early game attack speed making me deal more damage. Once you have solid attack speed, you can replace them with Mercury's Treads for better tenacity.

Once you have Mercury's Treads, the Cloak and Dagger's tenacity becomes useless. Switching it out for a Phantom Dancer will provide more attack speed, more crit chance, and some bonus movement speed.

Although I sometimes prefer not to, replacing your Wriggle's with another lifesteal item like a Bloodthirster will further increase your damage output and in the case of a Bloodthirster give you more lifesteal. The one drawback is the loss of the ward from the Wriggle's.

Defense

Wriggle's Lantern is almost half the cost of a Bloodrazor while giving great stats. Sure it gives more damage while giving attack speed and is a better item than Wriggle's, but I do not base my build around Bloodrazor and attack speed but prefer to build around criting the enemy therefore needing less attacks. Wriggle's allows me to get an early lifesteal item that helps immensely with jungling and allows me jungle with ease. While you are getting your Bloodrazor, I will already have Wriggle's and at least a Brutalizer therefore dealing more damage.
I feel Bloodrazor is better on champions like

Pros: cheap, great stats for price, free wards, very fast jungling, easy lifesteal mixed with passive.
Cons: Doesn't give too much damage, loses some effectiveness late game.

Pros: Great damage item, gives attack speed, passive for life-stacking opponents.
Cons: Very expensive, delays other items, slower jungling (besides Dragon/Barron).
Here's the breakdown
Golem, wolves, wraiths, Lizard, golems.
Start by buying

Run to Golem and place 3 JitBs so they only fear the golem. Afterwards place 2 JitBs on the mushroom near the wolves, where they do not attack the wolves.
Attack the Golem and place a JitB behind it to fear it when you other JitBs die. Pop a health pot when it stars attacking you, and Smite it when it gets low, kill the little lizards and move on to the wolves.
Get Two-Shiv and attack the big wolf. Place a JitB behind it and continue to kill them using Two-Shiv and JitB when they are off CD.
Place a JitB behind the big wraith and start attacking it. Pop a health pot and finish the camp.
Smite should be back up. Place 2 JitBs near the Lizard and have one ready. Attack the Lizard draw it to your JitBs and place one behind it. Pop a health pot and Smite when it gets low, finish the camp, and move on to the golems.
Place a JitB behind one and start attacking it. Pop a health pot and kill them using JitB and Two-Shiv whenever.
Here's the breakdown
Golems, Lizard, wraiths, Golem, wolves.
Start by buying

Place 2 JitB near the golems then 3 near the Lizard. Smite the big wraith and go to the golems.
Attack one and pull to your JitBs then place one behind them. Focus the one your boxes are attacking and don't forget to pop a health pot. Finish the camp and move on to the Lizard.
Attack the Lizard and pull it to your JitBs. Place one behind it and attack. Pop a health pot. With this path you cannot spam Two-Shiv because of mana issues. Finish the camp and move on to the 3 remaining wraiths.
Put a JitB between them and kill them then go straight to Golem.
Place a JitB behind it and attack using a health pot if needed. Smite when it gets low and go to wolves.
JitB behind the wolves and focus the big wolf.
This video shows how to jungle on the purple side.
With the second jungle path, ganking can start as soon as level 3 so always be on the look out for ganking opportunities.
Note: Deceive's smoke particle is occasionally visible and can ruin the element of surprise causing your opponents to instantly flee so be wary of that.
Make sure to aggro the Dragon with your clone and attack it from the back. Popping your health pot when it aggros to you. Using JitB and Deceive will also pull the aggro off of you for a sec or two.
