i picked movementspeed quints so that you can easilyer taunt enemies and allso run away if needed, you will need more movement speed couse otherwise you wont outrun your enemies and fling them.
glyph: ability power or scaling ability power
without this you wouldn't have done any damage, just sain
seal: armor seals
gives you the extra defence that you need when going top
marks: magic penetration marks
you might be against a galio that buys allot of MR than your going to thank me for telling you to use magic penetration marks

masteries are going to be 9-0-21, you will need the extra movement speed, gold and mana that the 21 will give you and after all you will get more hp from the mana couse of the best passive in this game, the offensive part is so that you can easily counter your enemies in the dmg.
