I usually permaban naut in all my games. He can point and click stun you or your adc at lvl 6 and his q hitbox is bigger than it looks. Either look for an engage lvl 1 if he doesn't start q or wait for him to engage.

Champion Build Guide
Info on most adcs are posted in synergies tab. After I get more information on more adcs I will update.
INNATE: Pyke's Health icon maximum health cannot increase except through growth (per level), instead he gainsγ Attack damage icon 1 bonus attack damage per 14 bonus health. γ
Pyke also stores 25% β 50% (based on level) of the damage he takes from enemy champions as Grey Health on his health bar, up to 80 (+ 800% bonus AD), with an upper cap of 60% of his maximum health.
When Pyke is unseen by enemies, he rapidly consumes his Grey Health to Heal power heal for the same amount.
HIDDEN INNATE: Pyke gains 1 bonus movement speed while in the river.
Though is passive was nerfed by a ton in 9.21 he can still heal up most small pokes. The 2nd part of the passive is not a huge deal since you aren't usually building any health.
Bone Skewer
FIRST CAST: Pyke Channeling winds up for up to 3 seconds, increasing Bone Skewer's range by up to 700 units while being Slow slowed by 20%.
SECOND CAST: Pyke Projectile hurls his harpoon, dealing 85 / 135 / 165 / 195 / 225 (+ 60% bonus AD) physical damage to the first enemy struck, Airborne pulling them a fixed 550 units towards him and Slow slowing them by 90% for 1 second.
Releasing the ability within 0.5 seconds causes Pyke to instead thrust his harpoon, hitting the closest enemy unit, prioritizing enemy champions.
If Pyke is interrupted during the charge, or the charge completes without reactivation, Bone Skewer is cancelled and the ability is put on full cooldown but refunds Mana half the mana cost. The damage was nerfed later game recently but with the extra q cd you can look for more engages.
You can tap q for poking the enemy if they are hiding behind minions. It auto targets champions so if you are close enough its a nice bit of damage.Of course this is usually how you engage unless you see a good opportunity with your e. Also note if you want to save mana you don't have to hook every single time. If you keep holding it you will have half the mana cost refunded.
Ghostwater Dive
Pyke enters Ambush 2 camouflage and gains 40 / 45 / 50 / 55 / 60% (+ 1.5% per 1 Lethality) speed that decays over 5 seconds. Enemies are notified if Pyke is within X-units of them.
Attacking or casting abilities immediately ends Ambush 2 camouflage.
This is also a very good engage ability. You can use this to repositon yourself so you can get an easier hook. Beware if they see your mark around them they will always start to run. The mark is usually shown from a pretty decent distance away as well. This is also your main escape tool after you use your e
Phantom Undertow
Pyke Dash dashes, leaving behind a drowned phantom.
After 1 second, the phantom returns to Pyke, Stun stunning enemies it passes through for 1.25 (+ 0.1 per 10 Lethality) seconds. Enemy champions also take 95 / 125 / 155 / 185 / 215 (+ 100% bonus AD) physical damage.
You don't always have to engage with your hook. Sometimes its better to engage with your stun and them hook them closer. It can be better if you can't land a hook or if they are behind minions.
Death from Below
Pyke marks the targeted area with an X which he strikes after a 0.75 second delay, executing enemy champions below 250 β 550 (based on level) (+ 80% bonus AD) (+ 1.5 per 1 Lethality) health while dealing 50% of the amount as physical damage to enemies not within the threshold for execution.
If Death from Below hits an enemy champion or one dies inside it, Pyke will Flash blink to the center of the X. For the latter case Pyke also gains the ability to recast within 20 seconds at no cost.

Each execution grants one 'Your Cut' to both Pyke and the last assisting ally, instead of its natural assist gold. In addition, each enemy champion killed inside the X by an ally grants Pyke two stacks of 'Your Cut'
This ultimate is honestly broken right now. It gives pyke a cut if he kills them INCLUDING the kill gold. It also gives him TWO cuts if he gets an assist. He is always getting 2 full kill golds on a very short cd. Even if you don't kill someone with the ult it blinks you to them with you can usually finish them off with your hook or stun.
