I really worked hard on this and this is my first Mobafire guide, so please, before you dislike it, tell me why you dislike it and how I should change it. Thank you again!
Please understand that I do not play League of Legends that often. Please tell me how I should improve it. Thank you!
This guide is nowhere near complete in terms of attractiveness.

Pros

+ Highly versatile
+ Easy to maneuver
+ Free wards (well, almost)
+ Hide while hiding in a bush!
+ He's Teemo.

Cons

- Extremely squishy
- Get flamed on every second
- Has a shorter range than most ranged
- Often targeted

Ah... Teemo. Everyone has played this champion at least once in their lives and probably has hated it because of their lack of damage. Well, this guide is here to show you that you too can deal enough damage, enough for pros to run at the sight of you! If you want, add me in game - Seungchul123~

Teemo is a champion that most people call... well, what you might say, "noob".
This guide will prove them wrong! The Ability power at the top is incorrect. The final ability power adds up to around 660. Rock on Teemsters!

Your runes do help you quite a lot. Look at the notes I put in for the runes section.
If you're too lazy, here it is.
Health for that early game ganks and later game sustain.
Penetration so that your enemy's magic resist means nothing, especially when you have Void Staff.
Ability Power for that little extra damage for no survivors.
Movement Speed so you can save your turrets, without the need for teleport. Also makes for great escapes.

Boots, pots, yadiyahdah - Whatever. I could bore you to death about the statistics, but I don't want to. So, I'll give it to you straight. Teemo is really an AP heavy champion. Unless you're trolling, don't build health items, unless it gives you AP as well, such as Liandry's Torment or Rylai's Crystal Scepter. If you can, replace Void Staff with another Archangel's Staff, for it will give you that extra AP. Teemo really doesn't need magic penetration, unless he's really depending on his Q to do damage, which is definitely not true. REMEMBER: Your E and R are your MAXIMUM outputs of damage. They do not need magic penetration, because they are doing poison damage.

Again, your E and R are your maximum outputs of damage.
Max R when you can, E next, W next, and Q last. Simple as that.

Preferable Spells:
Flash - Allows for that quick movement for escaping or even for that extra kill.
Ignite - No survivors.
Exhaust - When your enemy tries to escape.
Ghost - Ninja time.
Barrier - Allows for that tiny extra time of surviving.

Eh- Okay Spells:
Heal - I mean, you're Teemo, and unless you're trying to get killed, they should be focusing on your ADC instead.
Revive - Again, you're really not being focused, so why would you die?

Don't get:
Surge - Extra attack speed? Not really. I mean, you already have Nashor's...
Smite - You should not be jungling.
Cleanse - You should be autoattacking, not using your Q.
Clarity - A support should have this. You are not a support.
Promote - A super minion? You get that later game.
Clairvoyance - A support should have this, not a Teemo.

Not much to say here. Aim for the minion and get the last shot in. Hit each minion once in a cycle and do it again.
Or if there are a huge amount of minions, I recommend using one of your mushrooms and watch your gold go up.

Guys, I really appreciate you reading this and even checking it out. Remember, Teemo is a captain, only 7 ranks below Garen, who is a General (which is extremely unfair).
