Hello one and all this is the infamous snugglebutt69 with my first guide ever and with my favorite support nami! I've been main support for over a year now, and while im only silver 3 i play with golds and am able to hold my own. I've learned alot about supporting andi hope this helps all!

Pros:

Fantastic poke in lane which is also a very nice heal
Great cc pre and post 6
Can turn around teamfights by herself
That wave goes further than you think
Speed, speed, speed

Cons;

Can be squishy
Bubble is very very skillshot dependant and a long animation
Knowing when to wave and when to save it can be difficult.

Here i will go alittle bit more in depth about the runes i have for nami. I love to go more tanky nami with little to no ap because her damage is pretty good and i love to be hyper agressive in lane with nami. I win lanes by myself with hardly any ap because i am able to take the adc poke and poke him harder than they can poke me.Now you can go ap on nami which is very good but id only suggest it on more of a melee champ that needs more ap to get through his mr. But if you go less tanky you cant be as agressive/will have lower mana regen in lane which hurts from levels 1-6. Like i said i spammm my W and my Q's so i need that mana regen.

This is how I lane with nami.

-poke adc/support down with W and auto attacks.
-Not only will you be able to heal up any poke they give you still poke them like crazy while gaining gold. I am usually letting the adc farm like crazy aas i poke them down.Then when they are low enough I am bubbling them for the kill.

-When you win lane, roam
-if your winning lane roam with nami, she has a passive that gives movement speed..Use it to help snowball lanes. Comin from the jungle to mid to bubble, you will almost always get a flash or a kill.

-Go all in at 6
As soon as you hit 6, dpending on matchup, try to bubble then wave them, or wave then bubble. you will get a kill most of the time with that much cc on them.

In teamfights you want to do a couple things.

1: stay by the adc and peeeell, you great peel with bubble and heal, so peel away.If your damage dealers are alive you win.

2: try to wave as many people as you can, waving at the right time is the key part to nami in teamfights.Either save and it use it for disengage if your team needs it or when an amumu goes in or jarvan i instantly wave them to cc them for liek 5 straight seconds, Insta win teamfight right there.

3. you need max cdr, if you have max cdr you can heal/hurt other team at least 2 or 3 times a fight, and you can bubble at least 2 times a fight.So that would be two bubbles, two heals, and a wave while boosting your adc's autos.

4. If someone is roaming in the jungle alone go with them, this is where twin shadows comes into play. You and one person can single handedly kill if you land bubble.

5. ward everything! if you know where everyone is as nami you will know exctly when to wave for best effect.
