This Is best intended with a team that will listen and play co-op like the game is intended.
You can of course still use the build and get amazing results in solo Queue... but with just 1 or 2 players listening to you selecting any of the strongest synergy champs I have just mention your win rate will go up by a min of 10% more.
Kid you not, this reminds me of season 2 and 3 where atmos was one of the strongest Bruzzer items for the game.
