Just a Prototype

Hello everyone! This is just a test guide to see how everything works so there won't be much content yet!

This is what I have been building for Quinn. Standard runes, standard masteries. However the major thing to consider is that this build is VERY similar to a build for someone like Talon. With her lower ratios and awkward gameplay, she seems to excel at bursting down and assassinating her enemies.
