Jax

He jumps on you, you fling him and completely negate his E.

Fiora

She does a lot of damage! If she counters your E, you end up with a scary Fiora right in your face and a difficult escape ahead of you. When laning, be sure to walk out of her passive range then walk back in to reset any unfavorable marks. You want to face these marks towards the wall to keep Fiora from hitting them. The optimal mark for you to have if close to your turret is on your left or right, but anywhere else you want it on your left in order to keep yourself far away from the river.

Teemo

Don't be afraid of Teemo. Don't permaban Teemo. This matchup really is easy. The key here is to know that you can trade with this little rat. If he pokes you down, you can run at him and fling him into your poison then run away.

Darius

My personal permaban. It's been so long since I've played against a Darius that I can't even remember why I permaban him, I just know that this matchup is awful.

Camille

She can outtrade you sometimes before you even have the chance to reciprocate. The best strategy is to wait for her to hookshot at you then W-E combo her. Also, you can completely negate her ult by flinging her out of it.

Dr. Mundo

Yeah you will never solo kill Mundo except for maybe early game. Not worth banning for the most part, but definitely a matchup you should play more passive in unless you're stomping the lane.

Garen

Fling to negate his engage or get him off of you.

Gnar

Mini-gnar is a pain in the ***, but you destroy mega-gnar.

Illaoi

You can outtrade her and run away from the tentacle hits pretty easily. If she ults, W her and she can't use Harsh Lesson to have the tentacles smack you.

Irelia

She's very sticky and her stun can be annoying. Thankfully, you can kinda deal with these facts by grounding her and outrunning her stun line.

Jayce

A good Jayce will just sit back, poke you, and wait for their jungler to come finish you off. Take advantage of whenever he is in hammer form.

Kayle

Pretty big poke. Bad Kayles will shove lane, leaving her open to ganks. At that point, she's an easy kill.

Kennen

You really can't expect to win all-ins after he reaches level 6, but you can do your best to win lane before that.

Kled

You can pretty easily dodge the beartrap on a rope and his dash. Basically, dodge the beartrap then you can all-in.

Malphite

His Q is annoying and killing him is hard, but he really can't do much damage to you since you can just run from his W and E.

Maokai

You will not kill him and he is pretty sticky. Granted, however, he can't kill you either.

Nasus

Buy swiftness boots, spread poison across your own wave to prevent Q farming, and abuse the dog.

Olaf

Dodging axes is pretty easy when you have lots of movespeed. But boy oh boy, when Daddy Olaf gets pissed and activates his R, you might be getting the belt. Just fling and flee if he ults.

Ornn

Pretty easy one here. You can outtrade him and ground him to prevent his E. Just toss him around and dodge whatever he throws at you.

Pantheon

I would just say "fling him if he jumps on you", but you'd be dead by the time you could fling.

Poppy

Her pinning you against the wall is annoying, but you can otherwise just bully her.

Renekton

He does so much damage that you will already have lost lane by the time you buy your first tank items. I haven't done this before, but maybe go Rylais->Ninja Tabis->Thornmail->Liandry's?

Riven

She's a good fighter, but as long as you fling her off of you then you should be okay.

Shen

You can only really kill him if you poke him down slowly. He'll probably build adaptive helm and killing him will be harded. At the same time, though, you really shouldn't die to Shen unless he taunts you under tower. BE SURE TO W HIS R! IT CANCELS IT COMPLETELY!

Sion

I have encountered a few good Sions that were able to pretty easily poke me out of lane. You are able to trade with him pretty easily though, so he isn't a big deal.

Tryndamere

Don't get baited by his R, fling him when he E's at you. His W can be annoying, be it's not like he can follow up on it well since you are able to just fling to disengage.

Urgot

Vladimir

His sustain is huge and you just can't kill this man! Play it safe and get your jungler to gank you.

Yorick

His E poke gets pretty annoying, be he can't really fight you 1v1 since a lot of damage lies in his Q which he won't be able to get in range for. Just fling, run in around him until his Q buff is down, fling him again, repeat.
