Clearing Routes
When starting Blue side on the bottom left of the map, start Red Buff with E then clear Raptors with W leveled up second. Proceed to kill Gromp for a quick level 3 and look to see if top or mid are gankable. If not then continue clearing blue buff and wolves. It should be around 3:15 at this time which is perfect time to get top scuttle and look at top and mid lane to see if we have priority to fight anyone who dares to contest. Afterwards we consider going to bot scuttle if we don't think the enemy jg could have taken it. Otherwise just back and buy a serrated dirk or ironspike whip if possible because it gives the strongest early spike. After the first back run straight to krugs and clear upwards towards top.
Another clearing route that full clears the jungle healthily and gets bot scuttle that I found is to start red buff and then do blue buff and gromp for level 3. Try to gank mid or top or just do wolves then cross over to raptors and bot scuttle when it spawns. If you are quick you can do 5 camps before scuttle spawns. Then do the scuttle and gank bot or mid before finishing krugs and backing for boots + noonquiver or a whip.

objective control
Focus early dragons whenever possible. Try to get rift herald for first turret before 14 minutes when plates go down. Use herald on the last two plates because the turret has more armor the less plates that are left. Try to get vision of dragon 30 seconds before it spawns and call your team to it. Dragon Soul Preference for Xin Zhao is Infernal>Ocean>Mountain>Cloud.
Teamfighting
To teamfight as Xin Zhao you have to try and isolate the enemy carry by jumping on them and ulting the rest of the team away. Once you ult you have time to fight 1v1 against the enemy carry which should be easy with the power of this build. There are no carries that can fight you on their own, they need peel which will not happen in soloqueue
