Be careful to avoid her Q-E-R combo, try to deny her as much CS as you can, punish her if/when she misses, and be very careful not to over-extend. Otherwise, she isn't too bad.
Yasuo
Yasuo can't do a whole lot against you. If he tries to get within poke range, you can slow him, chuck him behind you, make sure that your poison is active, and then just watch as half of his health drains away while he runs off. If he tries again, rinse and repeat, but kill the ****er this time around.
Gangplank
Gangplank can be very dangerous, thanks to his notorious barrels. Bait him into putting one down next to you, then when he's focused on shooting the barrel, rush him down and grab him. Hopefully, you will have been able to avoid the explosion, and he has to walk through your poison to make it to safety. But seriously, watch out for those barrels. They hurt a lot.
Quinn
Quinn is a pain in the *** to deal with at all points in the game. As it is with all ranged Top-Laners, Singed loses to them pretty hard. She isn't really irritating to play against, it's just that she can punish you so hard for even stepping one pixel too far forwards. You need to rely heavily on your Jungler for ganks, but if they're smart and ward the Jungler, she might not even die from it.
Teemo
Honest to God, I cannot stress this enough: if there is a Teemo on the enemy team, you've already lost the lane. He's essentially a ranged Singed, but his poison lasts longer and hurts more. You can't deny him CS because he's just gonna shoot you, and all he needs to do is buy one Mag. Resist item, and now there isn't jack **** you can do to him. Grabbing him is a bad idea, since now he's in the perfect spot to gun you down, and if you ever try to get near him, he can just run away. MAYBE if you manage to somehow get so far ahead of him in gold that you can buy all 4 of your core items very early on, then that could be enough, but honestly, that's never going to happen unless their Jungler fails 15 ganks against you, and you get the kill credit for each one.
Ornn
Ornn presents a lot of of trouble to Singed. He can slow, stun, deal Max HP damage, and he has an insane amount of bulk. That being said, Singed can counter-play him, if you do it right. Bait out the Q, then run around it, drop a much poison as you can, slow him so that he has to burn his E (or just suffer the poison for longer), then use the speed boost from your passive to escape. It won't deal too much damage, but I've found that any other strategy falls on its face pretty fast.
Darius
Fighting Darius is easy, but having to put up with the type of people who play him is the hard part. If they're dumb enough, try to lure them into turret range (or hell, even into turret diving you), then slow them down, chuck them, and poison them. If they refuse to push against you, ask your Jungler for some help, but make sure that you note down any wards he may have placed. If you end up in an early-game 1v1, just run away, heal, and continue to CS as normal.
Camille
Surprisingly enough, Camille isn't to much to deal with. She has a fairly overloaded kit, but as long as you get DMP early, she won't deal too much damage to you, and you can steal a lot of easy CS. Before you have the chance to buy items, she is a bit scary, so don't be as aggressive as you otherwise would.
Fiora
Fiora has pretty much no way to deal with Singed. All of her abilities are melee-ranged, so as long as you can bait out the parry, there isn't anything that she can do against you. CS stealing is no problem at all, and even if she gets a vital on you that's facing towards her, that will just bait her more into hitting you, which will inevitably end badly for her.
Vayne
I will forever stand by this moral code: People who play Vayne Top-Lane and enjoy it are *******s. You can't CS, because her true damage passive will make you wish you were never born, se can just roll away from you whenever she feels even slightly under threat, and even if she pushes you back to your turret, she doesn't have to put herself in any danger in order to farm.

I don't have anything to really say about this guide so here's something to
This Singed build is comprised of information which I have gathered over my last 200 (or so) games as Singed. I've seen near enough every matchup, and I am confident that none of this information is too inaccurate or unhelpful. Being the first champion I ever reached Mastery 7 with, Singed holds a special place for me, yet I rarely see anyone else playing him, which is something that I want to fix. And so, I made this guide, to spread my love for the Mad Chemist in the hopes that other people may share it....
