You need move for the map helping your team with your R:Destiny and force ganks with your W:Pick a Card with the yellow card for get kills and with that gold get your items and win the control of the lanes.

The use of the spell W: Pick a Card

Red Card: You usually use that card for push waves of minnions, hurt several enemies or for slow down the enemy.

Blue Card: The use for card is regenerate the mana you lose it and do more damage of the 2 others cards.

Yellow Card: That card is what you use for stune the enemy for do damage on him or is used to escape.

Farming

When you are going to farm you can use all cards of the W but I going to say for what is better each card.

-When you need mana you have to use the Blue Card and when you want do more damage.

-When you have more damage you can use the Red Card for push the waves and rotate for help your team.

-The unique way you are use the Yellow Card it will be when you want kill a minnion and dont want that cript enter in the range of the tower.

The characteristic skill of Twisted is the R:Destiny, you use that spell usually when are going to help at allied or for escape.

The better way to use that spell is push the lane killing aprox 2 waves of minnions with Q:Wild Cards and W:Pick a Card (Red Card), walk at range of R for use the R:Destiny and emerge next to the enemy and attack him, I suggest that is better gank bot because usually in bot there is a champion with CC and for that you can kill with more facility ¿why? because you would have in that fight 2 cc, the support or the marksman and yours which is the yellow card and in bot you cant take more advantage how is make the drake and leave the botlaners bad. In top is very situational, usually you dont have gank top because is very quiet.
Remember use well your R:Destiny and also leave well the lane for dont lose minnions.

Flash: I think it is not necessary to say anything xd.
Exhaust: Its necessary for matchups vs assasins for they can do a lot of damage.
Ghost: good to chase your prey and if you use the rune Celerity you can do more damage.
Cleans: Is usefull vs CC's how are the Q of Lux, the E of Zoe, the eternal Q of Morgana and others CC's less skills how the R of Warwick or the of Malzahar because these are suppression skills.
Ignite: I not recomend that sumonner spell with Twisted but go, you can use the Ignite versus champs you know you can stomp, you use the Ignite in early for take advantage in the lane and if your jungler help you with that tou can play a game versus 4 players, but that is more for team with comunication because is dangerous, you can have a little mistake and be a ward with movility.

Your most important items are the Rod of Ages and the Lich Bane and the boots that came you out better for the game. With these items you will be fine.

The first item you have buy is the Rod of Ages because Twisted can dead easily and that item gives us sustain and some of damage, first buy the Catalyst of Aeons so when you get 1175 gold back to buy it, with that you have to resist and do ganks with your R:Destiny and soon after you are a beast with the Lich Bane.

Remember when buy the Zhonya's Hourglass its usefull vs champs with skill you can cancel how is the R of Yasuo, the R of Urgot, the R of Zed,ect.
