Introduction
this will be my first guide i write.I hope you have fun reading it and it helps you to play Twistet Fate a bit better.I'm open to critisim and any suggestions.
Loaded Dice The passive of Twistet is really likely in every team.The 2 extra gold will espacially show theirselves if you farm a lot.
Wild Cards Wild Cards is a spell you have to learn to control.If you pratice it a period of time it will be easy for you to kill creeps enemy champs and so on without a eyelesh batting.Also its high range is a positive aspect.
Pick A Card This is the most important spell of TF.If u handle to pick the best card in your situation u can be a fighbreaker.
-Red Card: An AoE slow and damage card.
-Blue Card: This Card regens your mana as high as the damage if delt was
-Yelow Card: A singel target stun.This will be the most chosen card i think.It's a stun and it can be use all 3 seconds wich is very often in a Team fight.
Stacked Deck This Ability wont be that effective in that build.The bonus damage on the AA's is nice to have but without AS not that effective.
Destiny Well sight on all enemies and a teleport to an free chooseable place.The best gank-ability in game i think,even if your positin where you teleport to is viewable for the enemies.

In Masteries I choose the standart 9 points in offense and 21 in utility.The important point are Exp. Boost to level up your skills faster and movement speed to get more survivability.My Runes are Magic Pen. in Marks HP per lvl. Seals, AP per lvl. Glyphs and Flat HP in Quints. These Runes give you the very important Survivability for the laning phase and some buffs in the end game.As positioning is one of the most important things for TF Summoner Flash i your best choice.The fact, TF not havin any "Anti-Gankability" and beeing very affected by CC Cleanse is a good choise too.
Other Summoner Spells : Why i use them/dont use them
Clairvoyance : Look at your Ultimate.
Exhaust : If you are in range to Exhaust its often too late,but it can be chosen too.
Ghost : For Positioning Flahs is more effective.
Smite : No Jungling = No Smite
Clarity : Well if you follow the build and dont spam all your skill u won't need Clarity.
Heal : Not that necessary but if you are new to TF it can be chosen to get some more survivability.
Rally : An AP nuke really doesn't need Rally,it's more effetive on a DPS Champ.
Teleport : I've seen some TF's useing it,i dont think you need two TP's,but still possible.
Fortify : It's a spell for a Tank,well your not gonna go to tank so forget about it.
Ignite : Also possible,but i don't really need it in most cases.
Revive : I don't think revive is that good to spent a spell slot for it.
Other Summoner Spells : Why i use them/dont use them

Skill sequence should be understood.The wild cards deal a **** load of damage.I max this first to get the mosr use of it in the early game ,if most champs are squshy as hell.Also you should use wid cards to farm as many minions as possible.You can clear whole minion waves with it,and it's also good with your passive.After that i get Pick a Card for the extra damage.Always skill your Ultime when possible,it lowers the CD which is high.
Well,let come to the most interesting part.The Item build and Order.
Start off with a Doran's Ring.This will help you not to be squishy in the early game and give u the mana regen and AP u need there.Try to get Boots and Sheen at the point u first go out.IF u completed Sheen your damage will rise lots.But i saw many TF failing getting Lich Bane to early,it's only capable if u got lots of AP.Go on with a Tear of Goddess,wich is very important to give you a bunch of mana.Then get Sorcerer's Shoes to maximise the damage of your spells.If u feel good getting many kills or assists get Mejai's Soulstealer,if not get your Hextech Revolver.Now finish off your Archangel's Staff.You should be at 300 AP now,time to get a Lich Bane.After that get a Rabadon's Deathcap.Now you should get Will of the Ancients.If u got Mejai's stacked more than 10 times hold it.If u see yourselb dieing a lot.Sell it for a Void Staff.You should also get Void Staff if to many of your opponents got more than 100 MR.

Only two Points.Play defensive adn try to farm as much as u can.If u got lane controle you can play offensive but u are very susceptible for gank so be carefull.Also try to get as many kills as you can.But dont steal your teammates'.;D

Stay in Team you are a very easy target if you are alone.The best way is having a tank by your side all the time.
Team Fights
Your positioning is your only chance to survive a team fight. always try to enter a fight with your ultimate.If this isn't possible stay behind your tanks and off-tanks and throw your Wild Cards in.Try to stun thri main meele damge,if they are even put your AoE on them.
