This build is for the one who want to be a good tank and fighter. It's not the best but it's fun build as a tank/fighter Shen build.

The marks and quintences is for to do damage to tanks and other champs but its my favorite but u can use diffrent kind of runes f.ex. physical damage runes or per level runes for better damage with passive and ordinary attacks but it's my favorite. The seals is for to do more damage with passive and ofcorse to be tanky and with the glyphs to hawe more magic resistanse cus its not the same number as armour.
