Darius
No matter what you do Darius does it better itself for pushing waves. Darius can trade with you better, team fight better, have better presence in bot lane, and can roam better. I personally couldn't take it anymore and just ban Darius every lobby.
Introduction
THIS GUIDE SUCKS NOW I REALIZE HOW BAD IT IS

Glacial Augment is just the perfect rune for Urgot since it's like a frozen mallet scaling to late game. Giving you the slow you need to land your combos. It also benefits you in team fights to peel off champions a bit while applying armor reduction to the enemy champions with Black Cleaver. With buying righteous glory or randuins omen it also gives the benefit of more peel. You won't always get to buy the two items for the active part of the rune but you'll still do a lot from the auto slow.
Perfect timing just allows you to buy Gargoyle Stoneplate quicker. Also the rune gives you less cooldown on Gargoyle Stoneplate's active for more team fight. Very late game the cooldown will also help you if you get Guardian Angle.
Minion Dematerializer is just a great rune for wave control. Only use two of the minion dematerializer stacks on two of each of the minion. (2 cannon 2 caster 2 melee) You wanna use the dematerializer when you're pushing a wave or trying to freeze a wave. Mostly I demterialize casters or cannon minions when pushing a wave or demterialize melee minions or cannon minions to freeze a wave.
Approach Velocity gives you more chase capability, poke, and pull of your combo.
Mana Flow is the perfect rune for Urgot to keep sustaining in lane without worrying about mana.
Scorch allows Urgot to have more poke in the early game.

Grasp of undying is the rune that is better at trading with your enemies while healing you a bit. I don't really need to explain myself with the runes here. Just more % health damage and trades. Mana flow and Scorch letting you trade more without worrying about mana. Also scorch even helps you proc Ungrasp.

Corrosive Charge{Q}:
Your Corrosive Charge((Q) is a small aoe slow that's important to hit since it's easier to proc your Purge(W) mark than with your Disdain(E). With the slow from your Q it will also allow you to hit your E and R easier.
Tip: When poking under tower use your SHOTGUN KNEES while not getting any tower agro and when the enemy is busy trying to get cs. Just as you poke with your SHOTGUN KNEE, poke the same way with your Q. Then come back to hit your enemy with your w to get a bit of poke same way again as your SHOTGUN KNEE and Q. If you're ahead and get cocky like me poke even if you take 1-2 tower hit since your W will allow you tank them.
Side note: Always take Q first for the early poke. I use to rank W first to push more, but I've been able to have more push power with maxing Q first.

Purge{W}:
Purge is a a bit longer range machine gun auto that hits the nearest object unless you proc your enemies with your Purge mark(Applied by your other abilities).
Tip: When chasing your enemies try to get in front of your enemy by using Q while saving your E, but after you get in front activate your w then use your E. Mostly you're going to use your E to get in front of your enemy then use your W. I don't use my W immediately since your W also slows you causing you to not be able to fully use your W's machine gun that does more damage than your normal autos.
Side note: Max W first. You can only max Q when you're using a Inspiration rune (Glacial Augment & Unspealed Spellbook) and resolve secondary to just farm up to late game.

Disdain{E}:
Disdain is a wait dash.
Tip: The wait part of the dash is important to be able to still dash even if you are stunned, sleep, fling, and knocked up.

Fear Beyond Death{R}:
Fear Beyond Death has two parts. First part of the active is launching a long range drill when hit the target is slowed based on health (0%-75%). If the enemy champion is at 25% health it activates the second part of the active if you press your ult again. Second part of the active launches a chain at the drilled enemy champion and one shots the enemy champion. If the enemy champion is killed successfully it kills the enemy, and at the end of the death of the enemy it creates a aura that fears enemy champions around Urgot.
Tip: In team fights try to ult a target to get your fear. Also try to ult someone who might be a threat to your team so they are slowed while able to secure kill them. The best use of your ult is to ult a tanky threat since you can activate your second active ult easier on a higher hp target. Another tip is to use your flash while your ult is busy making fear. Try to hit many champions as possible with your fear.
DON'T ULT SOMEONE JUST CAUSE YOU CAN GET A KILL unless you're snowballing and you need the gold more. Let the your team get the kill unless your also ulting to make sure they don't escape, but if your team has most likely going to get the kill don't steal since you might need to ult in a few more second for another fight.
I just like dorans shield on Urgot, because it lets you sustain and be an aggressive laner

Only get corrupting potion when you're using a Inspiration rune (Glacial Augment & Unspealed Spellbook) and resolve secondary to just farm up to late game. Don't forget to change to time warp ionic for more sustain with corrupting potion.

Rush clever as soon as you can. It's just the best item for Urgot, without clever he woudln't get the extra movement speed, armor pen, and cool down.
Tip: Try to kill a minion then go in since you get more movement speed from killing a minion or just auto the minion to speed up to your target. Don't forget Q procs the passive of black clever. You can also use the speed up from clever to run away by hitting a minion.

The item that will let Urgot be the front line tank. Since you're already have all the health you need from clever you need quick armor and magic resistance. Most game should consist of magic and attack damage.
Tip: If there is some how an all ad or ap skip this item.
