Focus on poking and landing your
Razor Shuriken! Try not to hit the minions with your Q since that would mess up your wave (unless you're trying to last hit with your
Razor Shuriken). This really depends on your personal playstyle, but for easier matchups, I would take trades at level one no matter if it favors me or not (since I know I can chunk them or even kill them level 3 or 4).

Assuming you've landed some Qs and the oponenent is at around 60% hp. At this point either ping your jungler to come for a gank/countergank or just all in. If you landed both of your
Razor Shuriken + E, proc'd electrocute and your passive, the opponent should be dead if not within a Q and ignite away from dying. This forces them to back on low CS... If the wave is slowly pushing to you, you should also back and buy. If the wave is pushing, push the minions as fast as possible and back.

With the amount of gold that the opponent got from CSing, he shouldn't be able to buy an armor cloth. However, if the opponent does get an armor cloth, continue to poke for a kill potential at level 6. For me, I like to constantly shove and land my W+E+Q combo under their turret. However, if you do not see their jungler anywhere, save your
Living Shadow and harass the enemy with
Razor Shuriken.
If you do back (assuming that you have been getting 80% of the minions that spawned) you should be able to buy a
Serrated Dirk when you're level 4-5.

When you all in, be SURE to know if the opponent have flash or stop watch. This way, you can delay your
Razor Shuriken and land all three of your Qs (landing all 3
Razor Shuriken is hard, but knowing if the opponent has flash or not can really help you land the Qs). I would wait until the enemy jungler shows up and then all-in with your abilities.
For easier matchups, you should have at least 1 kill by level 7. If the enemy opponenet sits under turret or if the enemy jungler camps you, then shove wave and look for a roam bot or top (bot lane is level 4 when you are level 6 and they are usually low). Repeat this and constantly pressure the sidelane if the enemy midlaner just sits under his turret with
Seeker's Armguard.

Chances are, the opponent will likely zone you out of the first minion wave. Always try to get at least 4 minions from the first wave. Depending on how good the opponent is, you may be able to get all 6 minions. If the opponent forces you out of the wave, try to stay in exp range and last hit minions with your
Razor Shuriken.

If the lane is pushed into your turret, I would get
Shadow Slash level 2 to get all the minions under turret (with
Shadow Slash, there's literally no excuse to miss a minion under turret as Zed). While farming, try to sneak a Q or 2 at the opponent to poke him down. Then ask your jungler for help! If the jungler doesn't come, I would focus on farming and occasionally shoot out your W+E+Q combo. However, if you are against a
Yasuo or any champion that can gap close, I would not throw out my
Living Shadow blindly.

Depending on your HP and the opponent's hp, I would really look for an all-in here and burn the opponent's flash. Chances are, if you dodged most of the poke damage and wasted the enemy's mana, you are able to look for an all-in safely. If not, reset the wave and recall.

Shove in the wave or clear the wave. Then start warding your bot side river with pinks and your trinket. This is when you should start roaming and looking for easy kills (when you are level 6, the bot lane is usually level 4, but they could be level 5 depending on the game). If there are no roaming options, you should still hide in a bush. This way, the enemy midlaner will ping that you're missing, which relieves pressure for your bot lane.

You probably won't be able to kill your opponent now (of course, if you have the chance, go for it). This is a period of shoving your lane, clearing wards, placing wards, creating pressure and roaming. If you do this correctly, you should be able to get some kills, if not, help out the side laners.
If you've made it this far, make sure to give a thumbs up to this guide! It would really help me alot!
