I would start with the [[Sapphire Crystal]] for the extra mana, since you'll be spamming your heal a shit ton. I guess a [[Doran's Ring]] could work well here to, but it doesnt really help you at all other than the mp5. Trin Force is a must I'll say, when you build it is situational though. If you need to be tankier get Atmogs, if not rush it. Runes: Arp Marks Armor Seals MR/lvl Glyphs (or flat MR) AD or ArP Quints (HP Quints are fine too I think). Masteries: No clue.[/quote]

Sheen is a good enough starting item, and if you are being hard pressed to get into the fights or are being taken down to easily you have to cater to that first.
