How does 21/9/0 hold up against the other set ups?

need to try out 21 offense next. for runes i just try to push champs into the pages i have^^ but i will try switching the armor seals with dodge this time. i own dodge runes for my flat ad marks and quints runepage for a pretty obvious champ (also for yorick as i like flat ad on him)

Offense seems like a bad idea since Wukong has got some nice damage already and only his E scales atm.
He doesnt crit, he doesnt need ad and he doesnt need mpen.
Nothing in there that you really want to pick up.

Cyclone also scales with AD, and Q is naturally attached to your auto-attack (your AD)
Havoc can improve damage on all those skills, while trinity force, atma's and other items possess crit chance.
Crushing blow can crit for a marvelous single-hit burst, making the offensive tree plenty viable.
And you don't need to take the magic-pen mastery, it can be worked around. (See the masteries I posted above)
That being said, I still need input from someone who can appreciate all kinds of mastery set-ups about how well this works on WuKong.

I meant that he doesnt need the 3 ad from the offense tree, they are totally negligible in comparison to what other trees offer him.
Crushing blow can't crit afaik.
I think that the Defense tree offers him so much bulkyness and sustainability during laning that this is the best way to go atm, his damage output is very high through E,Q + the AS boost from E.

Going deep into the offense tree is only a good idea on champions who build CRIT. Otherwise the other trees are just way superior.
0/21/9 is usually best on those without mana (or with very small mana costs).
