  Ok, Sure Jax is probably a very good top laner, and I've seen him with so much cs and is very tanky. I'm new to Jax and am having trouble learning how to use his mechanics and to cs properly in the top lane.   So, I notice that with the recent updates to Talon, he is given the chance to Jungle Semi-Efficiently & people are taking advantage of this to do so. My question is: Why aren't you able to proc your Bleed Passive on Large Monsters? I know there are some Champions who, in fact, are able to Proc their Unique Passives onto Large Minions & Monsters. IE: Brand Passive.

  How does lethality affect jungle monsters and minions?

  Zilean's Time Bomb Stun Problem

  The most annoying thing that could happen when using Zilean is when you quickly Q>W>Q at *almost* the same ground/champion they do not stick to the same unit/champion. Do I just need more practice or something is really off with the time bomb hitbox?

  Tips for playing Ekko mid against ranged opponents?

  I just needed some help playing Ekko mid, usually when I am versing a ranged person they can steal all of my cs and just attack me from far away.   How does MOBAFire's voting system work?

  So basically MOBAFire tells us the number of votes and the little green bar. Now it is safe to assume that the green bar represents what proportion of the votes were positive. However, is there a way to check the exact number of upvotes and downvotes (or perhaps a %)?
