Does jinx really need a nerf?

As a jinx main i don't think jinx is too OP she's a very fair champion, weak and bad early game but she gets stronger eventually and becomes deadly late game. She's easy and fun to play and that's why she sits at 54.05% winrate. Jinx can easily get countered by multiple ADC champions like Kog'Maw, Tristana, Caitlyn and Draven even MF especially early game and this is why i don't even classify...

Basically, when Bard's Q hit someone and have a second collision he stuns the one or two people who got hit, so, my question is. When Kayn is in a wall thanks to his E, does the Bard's Q stun him if he is hit in the wall ? And if Kayn is stun, where does he pops out ? Would he dies stuck in the wall ?

Hello Lost a game today as [[aatrox]] jungle. I was 9/0 at a certain point, but couldn't carry because of a [[twitch]] adc who got fed and got loads of peel from his team, including [[vi]], [[twisted fate]] and most important: [[taric]].
