  Help jungling with kha'zix and nocturne

  Why does the game even allow you to killsteal or tax CS from your other roles? That's a massive source of toxicity, way worse than flaming (since flaming is easily solved by muting while here you can do nothing), and it brings nothing to the game.   So teemo will get a rework soon, the idea, he is terrible on any role and build except jungler on hit build, and probably support, so i need some sugestions of champions similars for top lane and mid, which i mainly play. I was thinking about malzahar and heimer for moment, kennen also seems a good option but nothing is as satisfying as teemo, any sugestions?
