The good :

Electrocute on junglers destroyed. That stuff was broken early game so totally deserved. Losing 60% of your HP from a level 3 Lee Sin or similar, gone. Now every burst jungler has to go
Dark Harvest basically.
- Nunu rework (not until next patch sadly)
- Trynd revert. One of the stupidest meme builds to walk the rift gone forever.

Sion jungle incoming? I mean, he gets 15 permanent HP per camp...
The bad :
- They claim to buff
Hecarim but actually nerfed him by destroying
Celerity. Also they think making him into a tank that deals AOE damage will make him viable. Lol. They want him to be Amumu 2.0. The only thing good about him was his burst damage and they even gutted that with the runes. Also the monster hunter thing forces him to go cinderhulk instead of non-upgraded talisman, which forces him into this tank playstyle instead of a fun thing like rushing youmuus. They literally took a bad jungler and made him worse.

Nautilus but actually nerfed him by destroying both his shield strength and his shield uptime.
- "Tank buffs" is false advertising, it's literally just a
Sion buff and a
Leona buff (who's not even a toplaner), the rest is completely negligible. No toplane
Shen buff?

Lissandra and
Ashe too broken visibly? Lul.

Quinn nerfed wrong IMO. No idea why they reduced her scaling, the problem with Quinn was her being unkillable in the laning stage. Why not remove her permanent movement speed buffs?

I have to concur with LS on this patch, seems like there are way too many unnecessary changes and some of the nerfs only target the lowest end of the spectrum in terms of rank (ie
Tryndamere nerf).

His problem wasn't his damage, though it definitely is now over the changes to the runes that were viable on him even with the buff to Q (it isn't compensation enough).
He has several problems in the jungle:
1) he is slow at taking the single target camps pre

2) his manna costs are quite high
3) he has to go E,


4) He doesn't really want to go E 2nd because he primary clear path, Blue > Raptors > Red, requires that he go

5) his early clear path is predictable
*this puts it on cool down which makes it harder to get away if you get collapsed on and you have to wait around for it to come off cool down in order to gank effectively.
As he set pre-nerfs if you could pick up an early kill and get say a

Or be pretty useless if you didn't get that early kill. With the dmg rune nerfs, good luck getting that early kill.

This is the patch of nerfs. Riot's goal is to tone down some of the burst damage in the game, largely through targeted nerfs at some prolific damage runes. There are also a ton of champion nerfs that mostly lower their damage numbers and a few buffs for some underused tanks. Surprisingly, there are no item changes this patch!
