Singed OP?

Also, no the passive really doesn't do shit. 500 HP never made anyone into a tank. It will help contibute to a certain level of tankiness, but the comparison of RoA vrs Warmogg's easily gives you more HP with Warmogg's. Don't get me wrong, it doesn't hurt to get HP from mana, but the fact remains that I play Singed often and don't build RoA, and I'm an invicible tank, unlike the other RoA Singed players who think an extra 20-30 dmg per tick on poison and 80 dmg on fling was worth the investment. The extra mana pool is very nice, but I get pretty much all I need out of Frozen heart and conservation of my mana when I am anticipating a fight. *Shrug. I don't see any reason to buy RoA if you trust your team mates at all to deal damage. Amd if you're not building RoA, then you are building other full tank items which will be better in terms of tankiness anyway.[/quote]
