True, lol. This is my Master Yi build. I usually average very low kdr / minions / assists (not that assists matter as much) with other champs / builds, but recently I've been able to get 15 / 3 + with trolls or just a few more kills than deaths even if my team loses. I know the people who make these guides are geniuses at their craft, simply because a genius would have to play a lot of lol before he could make a guide. I just want to know the weaknesses of my build and how the current accepted build is better. Also, before an adjustment in Season 2 or 3 didn't more people use Zephyr with this champion?
Can't tell if trolling or serious
1- That build
2- I don't even think Zephyr was in S2
3- Assists dint matter much
4- The people that make guides are geniuses at their craft
5- I have no Idea what your first post even means

Thanks to FatelBlade, JEFFY40HANDS, Nyoike, TheNamelessBard, GrandmasterD, aviseras and koksei for the awesome signatures
As far as I know, you can by now build Yi 2 ways:
1. DPS focus
2. Burst focus
The DPS focus starts with
Blade of the Ruined King, then goes
Mercury's Treads,
Statikk Shiv,
Infinity Edge and 2 hybrid offense/defense items, like
Frozen Mallet,
Mercurial Scimitar,
Atma's Impaler, etc...
The Burst focus build is played similar to AP Yi, you want an infinite
Alpha Strike loop. For this, you go maximum damage rather than defense items. These items are
Tiamat,
Mobility Boots,
Youmuu's Ghostblade,
Ravenous Hydra,
Infinity Edge,
Cloak of Agility,
Last Whisper and another
Infinity Edge cuz it gives the maximum damage for
Alpha Strike. The
Tiamat active gives you a good bonus on burst.
