Hi.
Been awhile.
So yeah, I'm starting to play solo queue Ranked because of the introduction of the new League system. As of 2/1/2013, I placed in Lux's Exemplars, which is Silver Division Five. I'm chronicling my adventures into Ranked over at this thread, which is where I'll be archiving my daily games, with hopefully one game a day put on YouTube.
Also, if you like the music I listen to while playing (that is, if you watched any of the Ranked Climb videos), you can find them here on Pandora.
In addition, I have something coming down the pipeline that I really can't talk about just yet. It'll be good, but that's all I will say. I'll update when that project releases, but until then, this has been "What's This, A Blog!? #5"

So I didn't have to go to school to day since my sister wasn't feeling good, so I just watched the BR tournament and played a couple of ranked games (will be posting my 2nd league climb before I go to bed tonight). The new league system seems to put people who do well, together since I've played with mostly competent people from different teams. Enough about League hell. That was my day in a nut shell. I hope you day was more eventful then mine.

Today, i reviewed someone's guide. They PM-ed me, since i guess my guide reviewing service in my sig gave me some attention (and a whole 3 rep! COME AT ME BRO!)

Anyways, I read the guide, and i have evidence that the guide writer (not going to rat him out) just copied and pasted sections from the #1 guide.

Seriously. WTF!

Why would someone EVER approach me, asking for help with their guide, when they didn't even write their whole guide!

Gah, i'm sick of people right now.

4 wins in a row today. 88 Points already and 2nd in my division. Just need 1 more win and it's promotion time (if I can win 2 out of 3 games xD). First guy in my division is playing his promotion games but he lost the 1st one. If you're reading this (highly doubt it) I wish you the best of luck if you get to the next League xD

Seriously I doubt this ranked system reduced the amount of trolls/flamers but it's still awesome and it's worth it to play ranked now. Ty Riot!

EDIT: Scratch that..6 wins in a row lol. If I win my next game I advance to the next division. Funny how I'm already so close to advancing to the next division when the new system has been out for 1 day xD

Well,my birthday is on Sunday,and I'm not happy about it. Honestly,I haven't enjoyed a birthday for three years now. Idk if I'm realizing I'm getting older, or if I'm just not happy about my birthday in general. Either way, there is no happiness about Feb. 3rd...

I miss being seventeen/eighteen. I'd love to turn to clock and go back to high school,meet my boyfriend all over again,and be a senior. It was simple...it was all too simple. Now, things are getting complicated. I'm feeling rushed to get engaged and married. I don't want to rush my life like I did when I was 15. If I knew then what I know now,I'd tell myself to enjoy being a teen and not rush to be an adult.

I just feel really sad about my birthday...

So I just got home from school, to find that the ranked Qs are down (how could you riot) so, I won't be posting my elo hell climb, I'm either going to back door LoL and play, or I'm going to continue to make a game I've been working on. Well so today me and my friends were playing P&H (pimps and hoes AKA royals and peasants) And I was gutter **** 2 times neutral once and then I pulled out on top being the high pimp 3 times in a row. In history, we are discussing the effects of dropping the A-bomb on the Japanese, just to scare Stalin, I believe that it was a stain on American history to do that. I ditched chemistry, my 1st period class, in order to watch the Sao Paul Intel Extreme Masters. I'm rooting for Nex to come out on top. That was my day, hope yours was as event filled as mine.

In the league of legends, you will found out that you take damage every once in a while.
Of course, we want to prevent that, but there are so many items for defence, including:
* Magic Resistance (MR)
* Armor (Ar)
* Health (HP)
* Health regen (HP/5)

MR and Ar have the same system, which reduces damage in percentage.
While HP basically "blocks" the damage as a number.
And HP/5 grants HP back every 5 seconds.
Let's ignore Health regen, we just want to see how much damage we can take in a row.

Data
If we want to make sure which one is better than the other one, we must use certain data.

Defense
Each point of Ar/MR (or DF) will grant an amount of reduced damage done in a certain catagory (physical damage or magical damage).
The more DF you have, the less damage you take. So how much is that?
We multiply the damage by = 100 / (100 + DF) * damage
So we can basically say this: 100 * damage / (100 + DF)

This means, that the more DF you will build, each point extra will give less % in damag…

So today, I just went through the Mr. Alma Mater auditions for our prom since I was nominated for it due to my grades and there was completely no way to back out.

Being the fact that this was only the second time I had been in a competition like this in real life, I was nervous as all hell. The first time I was in one of these was several months back. And in that, we had to memorize and present a specific piece in front of the judges and then go through a Q&A portion to become the Young Jose Rizal contestant. And that went disastrous for me, for it being my first competition. I ended up forgetting a few lines and misplacing one line ahead of the another. I did however, nail the Q&A portion by being the only one who gave a relevant answer. Didn't win the part though, but I didn't really mind since I didn't really want the part to begin with.
