Evelynn has a passive camouflage ability when she reaches level 6 that allows her to move around the map unseen by enemy wards. This can lead to surprise attacks and successful ganks.
High Burst Damage:
Evelynn is an assassin with high burst damage potential, especially when she catches enemies off guard. Her Q ability,
Hate Spike, and her ultimate,
Last Caress, can quickly eliminate squishy targets.
Sustain: Her passive ability, demonshadeDemon Shade, allows her to regenerate health when she is out of combat and below a certain health threshold. This can help her stay on the map longer and sustain in the jungle. The longer the game, the more health she regenerates overtime.
Mobility:
Evelynn's W ability,
Allure, grants her a significant movement speed boost when activated. This helps her move around the map quickly and position herself for ganks or escapes.

Evelynn is relatively squishy and can be easily burst down if caught out of position. Positioning and timing are crucial for her survival.

Evelynn tends to have a weaker early game compared to some other junglers. Her clear speed isn't the fastest, and she might struggle against aggressive early-game champions.
Reliance on Ultimate:
Her ultimate,
Last Caress, is a significant part of her burst damage. If she misses or misuses her ultimate, her overall damage output can be significantly reduced.
Vision Control:

Evelynn often needs specific items to reach her full potential. Falling behind in gold or not building the right items can hinder her ability to carry games. But if you are some what fed mid game with
Sorcerer's shoes,
Lich Bane and

In this video, it will show the best pattern to get an early advantage against your enemies! Which camps you should go first, what pattern you should follow, what you should do and not to do during early game.
After clearing Red Buff camps, recall and purchase
Dark Seal head to wolves(Blue Buff camps). After clearing Blue Buff camps, this is where it gets crucial explained after the video.

After clearing Red Buff camps, recall and head to wolves(Blue Buff camps). After clearing Blue Buff camps, head to top lane and gank top lane. It does not matter if the gank was successful or not. But note, if the enemy is also ganking top when you are just retreat. If the enemy is not ganking top, get the
Scuttle Crab from top. Head downwards going through mid lane and then bot lane. Gank bot lane and get
2nd Scuttle Crab if possible too. Before recalling get the respawned
Krugs. This will get you 1500+ gold. If you are nearly reach 1500 gold, get the respawned
Raptors and recall. YOU SHOULD BE LEVEL 5 BY THEN! And after following this pattern of jungle camp clearance you should be able to carry the game. Just adapt after you reach Level 6. You should gank more, invade enemy jungle camps, get more vision around the map as your Passive
Demon Shade allows you to walk through
Stealth Wards without getting detected. But be careful of enemies that bought
Oracle lens. As that can detect you if they use them near you.

GETTING THE SCUTTLE CRABS ARE OPTIONAL! DO NOT CONTEST FOR THE SCUTTLE CRABS! IT IS OK EVEN IF YOU DID NOT GET BOTH SCUTTLE CRABS. THE SOLUTION TO THAT IS JUST PURCHASE

Amplifying Tome. Just build towards
Sorcerer's Shoes &
Lich Bane as soon as possible.
Scuttle Crab from top. Head downwards going through mid lane and then bot lane. Gank bot lane and get
2nd Scuttle Crab if possible too. Before recalling get the respawned
Krugs. This will get you 1500+ gold. If you are nearly reach 1500 gold, get the respawned
Raptors and recall. YOU SHOULD BE LEVEL 5 BY THEN! And after following this pattern of jungle camp clearance you should be able to carry the game. Just adapt after you reach Level 6. You should gank more, invade enemy jungle camps, get more vision around the map as your Passive
Demon Shade allows you to walk through
Stealth Wards without getting detected. But be careful of enemies that bought
Oracle lens. As that can detect you if they use them near you.***NOTE***

STRATEGY 2:
UNLESS YOU AND YOUR TEAM HAVE GOOD COMMUNICATION, IT IS BEST NOT TO FOLLOW THIS STRATEGY!
STARTING ITEMS:
Gustwalker Hatchling and
Stealth Ward
NOTE: This is if you are not invading at the start of the round! If you are invading please buy
Gustwalker hatchling and
Oracle Lens!
EARLY GAME:
There are some instances were by the enemies invade your jungle. Just stand behind your teammates but auto attack the enemies by spamming your Q
Hate Spike if you are near the enemies. There is a higher chance of killing the enemy that way. Remember,
Evelynn has to farm as much and as fast as possible to reach level 6 before she can gank more afterwards.
FARMING AND VISION CONTROL:
Start with a standard jungle path in this order Red Buff, Krug, Raptors, Wolves, Blue Buff, Gromp) to reach level 4.
Prioritize both
Scuttle Crabs for vision and gold. Use
Stealth Ward as much as possible by placing them in bushes and near river buffs.
GANKING:
Perfect Timing and Positioning:
Evelynn excels at surprising enemies with her stealth. Wait for the right moment and position yourself properly before engaging.
As mentioned on top, clear all your jungle camps and take the top
Scuttle Crab before ganking. This will give you vision in the river between top and mid lane. Go from top to mid and finally bottom lane. If you managed to get both
Scuttle Crabs and have at least 1 kill, you should have at least 1400+ Gold and would be level 5. Go for the
Krugs and
Raptors again as they would have spawned again before recalling for the first time. You would have 1500+ Gold or more. This will give you a huge boost afterwards. (Items in order on top!)
Focus on ganking lanes with overextended enemies or those lacking crowd control.
Use your W (Allure)
to charm enemies and wait for 2.5 seconds before using Q (Hate Spike)
and E (Whiplash)
to maximize burst damage.
MID GAME:
Dragon Control and Objectives:
The best time to get the first
Dragon is when you hit level 6. Unlike most of the other jungler champions, if
Evelynn gets caught while doing
Dragon be it with teammates or solo at level 5, there is a 50/50 chance of getting the
Dragon but a lower chance of surviving the fight as
Evelynn does not have her R
Last Caress to escape if necessary. Therefore hitting level 6 before doing
Dragon is a safer option.
Coordinate with your team to secure objectives like
Dragons, Voidgrub and
Rift Heralds.
Utilize
Evelynn's stealth to sneak into the enemy jungle and place deep wards, enabling better map awareness. Look for opportunities to pick off isolated enemies with your high burst damage.

Team Fights and Splitting
If your team is lacking behind in gold/kills/buffs or anything that makes the game an absolute loss, don't worry. Even if you were dying early game mutiple times whatsoever if you got at least
Sorcerer's shoes (Magic Penetration and movement),
Stormsurge (Incrase more magic damage during long fights),
Shadowflame (Deal extra magic damage and true damage), and either
Lich Bane (On-Hit Magic Damage) or
Rabadon's Deathcap (Incrase AP by 35%), you should still be able to 1 Shot those squishy enemies and help your team take down their tankier champions afterwards. That way you and your team have a higher chance of winning the team fight.
Splitting lanes with your team is highly not recommended as you are the main damage dealer in team fights due to your high burst damage. Use your stealth to flank and disrupt the enemy backline during team fights.
