Introduction

Rumble is an AP Bruiser commonly played in the top lane. IMO Rumble is part of my holy trinity of Top Laners, with the others being Renekton and Irelia. He is an amazing team-fighter and when he ults in the right place, it's over gg. He almost always sees play in the LCS but i really don't understand why he isn't played alot in Yolo Queue. So all in all I hpe this guide helps you play this highly underrated beast of a top laner. Enjoy!

Runes

My setup is pretty basic:x9 Magic Pen Marks,x9 Armor Seals,x9 Magic Resist Glyphs, and finally,x3 Abiity Power Quints. This setup is very simple and straight forward and can be used with by alot of AP bruisers.

Heat

Heat is a very deadly weapon when used right. Each ability gives you 20 heat, except your Equalizer, At more than 50 heat your spells do 50% more damage, at 100 heat, you Overheat wich silences you but makes you do 50% more damage on your autos.

Laning Phase

Early Game

Take your E first so you could last hit WAYYYY easier. Then depending on match up, take W if you're against an early game lane bully such as Renekton or Riven if not then take Q. Remember to frequently ask for ganks due to your meh early game and for the nice gold lead.

Mid Game

Now It's time for you to shine. Use your Equalizer whenever in a team fight. If it's your first time, it's okay if you miss, to use your ult you need to click and drag in the direction you want it to go. Sort of like a Viktor's E. If you land your Equalizer and activate your Q, someone's gonna die.

WARNING: PLS PLS PLS DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT USE QUICKCAST on your EQUALIZER

Conclusion

Rumble is a very good champ that I don't understand why not alot play him even though he's in every split. He does alot of damage, takes alot of damage, changes team fights in his favor but the biggest reason why you should play Rumble is very simble: HE'S FUN TO PLAY. Do I think you should play him: YES, ofcourse, he's my go to top laner and so far one of my favorite champions in the game.
