Toplaner, biggest threat is that he probably builds black cleaver - item that destroys you, he can interrupt easily your Q with his Q together with his E dash if he is good. His Q has AOE dmg, so you can't block it for your teammates. The only thing you can do is taunt him and reduce his healing by thornmail grevious wounds, if he is not fed you can even beat him 1vs1. If he doesn't interrupt your Q it's not hard to escape from his W, just remember to go to the side.
Ahri
Midlaner, baiting and avoiding her E charm is key thing to catch her.(However if you are in Q there's bug where you can go other direction than her when she hits you with E, sometimes it works and done it accidentally) You can avoid it with your R cause of being immune during jump, but she can dash away with her R, mobility can be annoying if she gets kills and resets, but overall you have also a lot of mobility so you can sometime catch her and also your Q can block her dash. Can hurt if fed you cause of magic and true dmg.
Akali
If fed she can be big problem dealing a lot of magic damage, you can interrupt her dash with Q, but she has 3 dashes. You can taunt her but normally it's too short to kill her, she can disappear with W( this way can interrupt your E animation so you don't taunt her) and focus your teammates. You can hit her with Q when she is invisible but it's only 100-200 dmg, better trying to block her dasher for your allies.
Akshan
Thornmail kills him. AA champ so not a big threat unless mega fed early. You can block his E with your Q or interrupt with taunt. He has two fast shots so probably you are doing 2x more damage to him with thornmail and W? Late game you kill him easily unless he has tons of MR and QSS
Alistar
He is a tank, so you are not dealing dmg to him, he can push you out of the fight, after your engage so you have problem to catch up enemies without Q. If he is bad he can waste this possibility during your R engange when you are immune to cc. Just ignore him and focus others
Amumu
One of the biggest jg threats that appears also as supp, he is tank so you are not dealing dmg to him, he deals a lot of ap burn dmg and also makes you take true dmg. He can interrupt your Q with his Q and catch you, can jump into your team and cc everybody with R and you can't do much about it. While you can jump into enemy team and cc only one enemy with E, so 4 enemies can jump with amumu at your 4 teammates and kill them easily. Unplayable if he is fed, you need fed ally player that can kill him fast enough, cause you never do it. The good thing is that after amumu engages with Q he has even harder way to escape than you so try to punish his bad engages. Theoretically you can block his dash with your Q if he catch your ally and also you can avoid his cc by your R to escape. He also clears a lot faster jg camps than you, so ganking and having thanks to it fed ally is the only way you can win vs him, if he countergank it's gg so you need to know where he is.
Anivia
Can interrupt your Q by her wall, but you can jump over it with your R so not so big threat like before, you need also to avoid her Q stun. Her ap dmg can hurt you and you can't probably kill her passive egg solo.
Annie
She can easily catch you with her cc passive + Q or just R and interrupt your Q, the good thing is that you can bait her stun with your R engage being immune to cc, if she doesn't have flash she can't prevent you from jumping and hitting her so you knock up her taunt and probably she is dead from your teammates.
Aphelios
It's adc, rather not a big threat, if he does mistake and use his fast aa close range shurikens he dies even faster.
Ashe
She is adc but also supp that can slow you and catch with her long range cc R arrow. However you can eat her arrow with your R so nobody gets stunned and makes her useless for a while, if you catch her she is probably dead. The worst thing she can do is build black cleaver as supp.
Aurelion Sol
New Aurelion Sol is similar threat as before but just more op and meta. You can interrupt his W flight and interrupt his Q channel. Just need somebody to help you kill him.
Azir
Late game he can be threat cause he is ap carry and he aa through his soldiers so your W and thornmail dmg doesn't work on him. He can interrupt your Q with his R, but you can also R with immune so it's good thing.
Bard
Not bad, not good. He deals ap dmg and can be somehow tanky. You can avoid his R easily with Q or just R out so he can't catch you.
Bel'Veth
AA scaling attack speed champion, you beat her easily unless she is fed. She deals a lot of true dmg what is bad, but you just kill her faster than she kills you. If she build a lot magic resist,qss or black cleaver she beats you, but normally she has better items to build.
Blitzcrank
Tank/ap. Can grab you away from his adc when you engage + knock up + silence, if you had no time to activate your W you are dead, so it's better to hold R and maybe bait his Q then use the time when it's on cooldown
Brand
Ap % max hp damage burn, hurts you a lot, but you can catch him easily with R.
Braum
Can block your Q to save his adc, but can't block your R.
Caitlyn
She is good adc for you :) If she catch you with her trap, you can tank her shot with W or if you are in Q, it is not interrupted so you can still catch her with burst of movement speed after being immobilized. She can E away and slow you so do not roll straight into her while catching/ganking, it's better to go from the side so she don't slow you or slow but don't escape, you can also block her E dash with your Q or even Q + R during her dash if you have opportunity. You can also block her R and tank it for your allies so they will love you for it if you save somebody life :p
Camille
Big Q true dmg late game, she can catch you with R so you have no way out, even R can't help you. You can't 1vs1 her. If fed, unplayable.
Cassiopeia
You can catch her with R. Has a lot of magic constant damage and big mobility so if fed she is a big threat.
Cho'Gath
He is ap big tank, you can't do much to him if anything besides E taunt for 1,2-2 s. He can just eat you with R since you don't have a lot of hp as rammus. Can silence your Q and catch with Q knock up.
Corki
High ap damage, however you can block his long range dash with Q.
Darius
If you gank him probably you lose 2vs1 vs him with your toplaner he gets fed and 1vs9 because by taunt you help him to get his passive stacks and kill with them all your teammates. True dmg with R, armor penetration and can catch you with E. If you want to stop him the best thing is to taunt > run away and not let him get 5 stacks, if he gets 3-4 it's the best to R out but he can chase you with flash ghost so you must know if he has it.
Diana
She deals magic damage, farms very fast and can jump into your whole team and one shot them, you can taunt her and block her dash with Q but if she is fed it's not enough to stop her.
Dr. Mundo
You don't deal damage to him, but he to you also. You reduce his healing with thornmail and even if he has one cc resist you just Q and then E him so you always can taunt him.
Draven
Even though he is adc, he is hyper strong early when you are not so strong and you don't have thornmail, he can interrupt your Q with his E. If you gank him but he has cleanse he can use it for your taunt then kill your botlane, you, ending with triple kill, snowballing and winning game.
Ekko
If he is fed he kills you with his high ap damage, can catch you with his W aoe cc and escape with R + steal easily objectives, try to taunt him when he is low so he can't R in time and dies before using it.
Elise
Strong early game when you are weak, high ap damage and long range stun which you have to avoid. She can snowball easily and probably you can't 2vs2 and 3vs3 vs her at any lanes so just try to track where she goes, she can also invade.
Evelynn
Maybe weak early, but if you don't manage to snowball and end early, she scales like crazy with her high ap dmg + invisibility + ult escape it's hard to counter her, need to catch her low hp with E and burst with teammates before she ults. Avoid her charm or you dead. Late game she can 1vs9 carry.
Ezreal
It's harder to catch him thanks to his E dash and also he is using more abilites than aa, not building attack speed, you still apply W effects for his Q but it's less effective than for normal adc's, so you dealing less dmg to him.
Fiddlesticks
Silence, fear etc. a lot of cc so he interrupt your Q + a lot of magic damage late game, the good thing is you can catch him with R. Vision is very important against him to see him so he doesn't appear with ultimate fearing and one shotting your whole team.
Fiora
Toplaner but she can 1vs9 if fed and has %max hp true dmg. There are mind games with her W, because she can block your Q or taunt, so the best thing is to bait her W coming to her with Q and then suddenly back. If she R you just hug walls or R away.
Fizz
Assasin, you can catch him with Q even if he dashes. Protect your carries from being one shoted by him and it can be ok.
Galio
Tank, you don't deal dmg to him, but your allies can.
Gangplank
His true dmg hurts you, but you can often catch him with Q/R and bait his oranges and then taunt. If he is not fed and you are even, you can 1vs1 him.

Even though he is ad, he is tanky, he reduces your armor with his E spin and also you can't stop it with your E taunt, he has also R true dmg to execute you so you can't tank everything and escape on low hp.

Mostly ad, in mini gnar form you can 1vs1 him if he is not fed, when he is giga gnar you don't deal damage to him and he can cc you.

He has not typical aa, but is ad and you reduce his healing from items that he builds, if not fed you beat him. You can't 1vs1 him if he build black cleaver + magic resist.

Aoe close range magic + true dmg from her Q and R hurts you and your teammates while she is safe thanks to her W, try to bait her R, escape with R if needed, then you need to bait her W, if she doesn't have both you can catch her, taunt and kill with your teammates.

He can easily snowball, catch everybody and kill with his speed and damage and it's hard for you to beat him, you can taunt him but teammates must kill him, if he builds black cleaver it's gg
Heimerdinger
Hard to gank, he can catch you with stun and deal a lot of magic damage, turrets block your Q.
Illaoi
You can't really tank all her dmg, she has aoe massive dmg, so she deal dmg to your allies that are close enough anyway. Taunt her when she is low so she can't heal or just run away when she R and wait for it to end. You can bait her to use R. She starts to be issue when builds black cleaver. Need long range teammates.
Irelia
If not fed early you can 1vs1 her, be aware of her outplays all her abilities, she has big potential if player is skilled. You can't taunt her during her W.
Ivern
He can catch you easily and stop, you can't 1vs1 him, he has shields and protect his teammates from you. Has also faster jg clears.
Janna
Can be annoying, interrupting Q with tornado and slowing you + shielding allies, if you catch adc she can throw you out with R, but you can engage on her with R if she doesn't stop your Q quickly enough from long range.
Jarvan IV
If he builds black cleaver he destroys you, he can interrupt your Q with his knock ups and catch you with R, so you need R to escape or flash. However sometimes you can interrupt his dash with your Q but it's harder and normally in 75% situations he interrupts yours.
Jax
He has a lot of magic damage, can stun you with E and run away easily, late game he can 1vs9 carry
Jayce
If he is not fed it's good, you can 1vs1 him, you can engage with Q, he throws you back then you engage again with R.
Jhin
High ad damage but his auto attacks are very very slow so you can't kill him very fast as other adcs, so can't 1vs1 unless you are fed, normally he escape. It's also funny to dodge his R shots or block them for your allies with W.
Jinx
She has a lot of as, one of the easiest adcs nearly free win. The only way she can win is to have cleanse + qss and never hit you and kill your teammates firstly.
K'Sante
You don't deal damage to him and if he is fed he can deal a lot to you + interrupt your Q. Better find other targets.
Kai'Sa
Her long range ap W can hurt, she can also dash away with shield with R, but normally u can 1vs1 her easily with thornmail.
Kalista
Similar to most adc's, you beat her with thornmail.
Karma
Can be annoying with her shields, slows, heals and immobilization. Can be also tanky so you can't kill her solo. She can save adc's very often and rammus can't do anything about it if is not fed.
Karthus
High ap dmg, but easy to catch, taunt kill. You just need to have ready W for his R so you lose less hp and it's OK.
Kassadin
He interrupts your Q with silence, hard to catch with his R dashes, late game 1vs9 carry.
Katarina
Only her teammates can save her from you. If you catch her and cc she is dead and if not, remember to have W active when she ults + thornmail, it deflects some damage to her so she's likely ulting and killing herself. If she goes ad tiny threat, as ap bigger threat but the biggest is when she is tank what happens rarely.

He can snowball early, but if not, you beat him, just procect your carries from being one shoted with Q blocking his dash and taunt.
Kindred
AA champ, the only way she can win is to get ultra fed early and snowball. Watch out for early invades.
Kled
Need to burst him before he gets back scarl or you have to kill him twice. He can snowball easily if your toplaner don't know how to fight vs him and it's not easy to stop him from snowballing.
Kog'Maw
Together with lulu it's broken. Maybe he has big attack speed but he deals a lot of % max hp magic damage. If he snowballs or has magic resist he beats you.

She deals magic + true %max hp damage, you never 1vs1 her, later it's also hard to catch her, she can snowball and has fast jg clears. Somebody from your teammates must have enough damage to burst her. Btw you can avoid her R sleep by using your own R unstoppable effect, but she still burns you.
Lissandra
She can root you but it doesn't interrupt your Q, if she want to dash away just taunt her in the right moment so she can't do it and have no escape tool.
Lucian
You catch him easily and kill with thornmail, with W you can also tank all his R shots. He is strong duo with nami but i think rammus can beat them even 1vs2 if not behind or they not fed.
Lulu
Very annoying but she can't polymorf you during your R, however she can polymorf you after so it's very important to have W turned on since it can't be interrupted even by polymorf, if you don't turn W on, it hurst you. It's also harder to kill adc with her peeling shields etc.
Lux
You can easily avoid all of her skillshot abilities. If she hits you with Q somehow it doesn't stop your Q so you can escape when it ends or if you know you don't have time for it you can always turn on W and tank all her damage if you have some magic resists.
Malphite
Armor brother, you don't deal dmg to him and he don't deal dmg to you unless he went ap. You have weaker version of his R. Your team just need to be aware of his R, not group and it's OK.
Malzahar
Just be aware of his R, he can catch you easily if you come to close with your Q and enemies kill you quickly cause you don't have W turned on.
Maokai
His saplings can be annoying, he deals a lot of magic damage or when he is tank you just can't kill him. He makes his teammates snowball, can catch your teammates easily with R or just escape.
Master Yi
Just buy thornmail and stack armor so he dies faster from you than you die from him. In worst scenario he kills your teammates late game before you come, just protect them.
Miss Fortune
Just interrupt her R with your Q/E and it's OK. She has some additional move speed but you have even more so she can just try to run away.
Mordekaiser
He melts you with ap damage while being also tanky, you can't do much to him. Don't take objectives when he is around cause he can take you to Brazil with R. Try to hug the walls before fighting him so if he R you, you can R away through wall or just build some ms and run with Q and avoid his abilities but normally he builds item that slows you and makes it very hard to escape without R.
Morgana
She can give her adc shield that makes him immune to cc, what removes your biggest strength and makes you useless. She can also catch you with Q and cc with R. Mercs very useful vs her.
Nami
Just avoid her Q with your Q speed and then she is easy target, you reduce her healings with thornmail. If you are fed you can very often 1vs2 adc + nami.
Nasus
Scaling champ, he needs to be punished early or you just need fed adc late game that kills him. Just cc him and protect your carries from being killed.
Nautilus
He can catch you, but you are that one champ that wants to be focused and waste enemies spells, so you can use W and tank everything while your allies do the rest of job.

Without his R, he would be minor threat. His R destroys you, if he use it in right moment you get negative armor so you die in 2 s if you don’t escape. The best thing to do is bait his R, escape with your R if needed and come back when his R ends, just play around these cooldowns, phase rush can be good vs him cause he can’t catch you and steals less stats (No aftershock) But with phase rush you can’t carry your team so easily from fed adcs. Remember he can also interrupt your Q with his pillar.

High attack speed ad champ, the only thing that can rescue him is his ultimate.

Even though he is ad champion, he reduces your armor, with black cleaver reduces even more and melts you. It’s hard to catch and kill him if he is fed. He can avoid your taunt with clone, can also just R so he interrupts your Q and your taunt is useless vs him during this time.
Xayah
She builds attack speed, so not bad, but can root you with feathers easily and try to survive with R. (and ofc galeforce cleanse flash)
Xerath
All his abilites are skillshots, just avoid them with your speed or tank with W. You can also tank E with R without being stunned.

Annoying but not the worst of possible supports, gives shields, healing and root with R, the good thing is that she boosts attack speed so that's bad for them. If she go out you can hit with Q her(or taunt) so this cc makes her vulnerable and easy to kill.(she can't return with W)

If he catch you with Q you can taunt him so he wastes it. During his R your taunt and your champ is useless vs him, while he melts and tanks your whole team at the same time if fed. Additionally you can interdykt his jump channeling with E and Q, if he dies and his passive activates you can save Q for it so you hit 4 blobs at the same time with it what means x4 damage.
Zed
He deals ad, you just CC him when he R you or your ally so he dies. You can catch and 1vs1 him if he doesn’t build black cleaver.
Zeri
You can catch her, but she's very bad adc for you as her ability is aa and her aa is ability so you are not dealing so many dmg to her like to normal adcs.

Hi! Im rammmus 1 mln maestry player from EUNE server, with name Intropingman, i am diamond, but i hit master before with rammus.
One of the most important things is that rammus is counterpick champion, only good vs mostly adcs, champions with ad and high attack speed, but i am having so much fun i am picking rammus every time even into worst matchups to face them picking rammus even as firstpick :p and i got that way to diamond playing a lot of games, so i wanted to write here most important overall information about every champions interactions.
I wrote also in notes what i think about items,spells, etc.

Why rammus
He is good champion to learn basics of jungle thanks to his easy clearing jg kit(but not fast). I learned thanks to him basics of it, also very funny for me to play especially with R changes so you are able to jump and move with very high speed with Q while being also mega tanki + dealing a lot of dmg with thornmail to squishy fast auto attacks adcs. He is just like anti carry champ. Personally i like off meta and rare champs and he is not so popular cause of not having so big versatility.
Pros :
- mega tanky with W
- great mobility with Q (so also ganking)
- counters most of ad attack speed champions
- beginners friendly
- having good CC
- cc immune during R engage or escape
- strong late game with scaling armor
Cons :
- need to time Q and W properly (q cancels w and w cancels q)
- simple kit makes him very predictable in higher elo
- weak early game
- slow jungle clears
- can be countered easily,(by champions (tanks/ap)or just black cleaver,qss and stacking magic resist/tenacity)
Rammus tricks
1. You can avoid any cc with your R
2. If your enemy is pushing tower you can hide behind the wall and jump into him with high speed taunting him so it aggro tower and enemy probably dies.
