This can go in so many different ways, it really depends how the fight goes, if you have less health get out of there, if he has less health go in for the kill, he can out damage you pre-6, but if you mess up after-6 you can die. Yous can both counter jungle each other equally, but who ever is the lower health loses the duel

Abilities

This new passive is what makes jungle talon so good because at level 7 you can solo dragon, and you can also do it earlier because of the bleed that it does really helps talon, this allows you for taking jungle objectives a lot easier.
This is one of the main reasons why talon is such a great dualer

Talon leaps to target and deals 80/100/120/140/160 (+110% bonus Attack Damage) physical damage. If cast from melee range, Talon does not leap but instead critically strikes, dealing [0]% damage (0).When Noxian Diplomacy kills a unit, Talon regains 0 health and refunds 50% of its cooldown.
This ability is pretty much the old talon e mixed in with damage and isn't a blink like the e was, but not only that it also gives you more damage when closer to your foes.
Comboing this with your

Talon tosses a volley of blades, dealing 50/65/80/95/110 (+0) physical damage to units hit and returning to him after a delay. On their way back to Talon, the blades deal 60/85/110/135/160 (+60% bonus Attack Damage) additional damage and slow the enemy by 40/45/50/55/60% for 1 second.
Really good for multiple jungle camps its early damage isn't all that great as the raptors will still be a pain of a camp but in the later levels it becomes really useful

Talon vaults up to 0 units over the nearest structure or terrain in the target direction. The vault's speed is affected by Talon's movement speed.Talon cannot dash over the same section of terrain more than once every 0 seconds.
This ability is what gave this guide its name, (oh and well assassins creed) this ability is the dream of talon, you get to leap over walls!! How freakin cool right?, and it has a low cooldown, but the terrain doesnt unless you get cdr which within this build you'll have 40% quite fast,

Talon disperses a ring of blades that deal 90/135/180 (+80% bonus Attack Damage) physical damage to all units they hit, gains 40/55/70% increased movement speed, and becomes Invisible for up to 2.5 seconds. When the Invisibility ends, the blades converge, dealing the same damage again to enemies they pass through. If Talon cancels Invisibility with an attack or Noxian Diplomacy, the blades converge on his target's location instead.
Stealth - Invisible: Talon can only be revealed by nearby enemy Turrets.
This lovely ability is what allows you to make those shady escapes, it also allows you to do a sneaky engage onto someone.
The way this ability can be used in quite a few different ways
1. To Make the great escape
2. To assassinate someone really fast
3. Used while doing your combo
4. Can be used to confuse your enemies making them think you're going to go one way but then changing it around to get to another target (etc fighting a tank getting low on health as you're about to run you ult then go after their adc for a easy kill or death)

Item

Why no jungle item??
The reason i decided to not put a jungle item in this build is because its just 60 ad and cool down reduction, you really don't need another

Why

One of the major reasons i picked Titanic is because it gives you way more survivability Another huge reason on why i choose it is because of the combo you can do with it will work out a lot more better in a aoe (cone) then what the

Comboing like this will deal a lot more damage then what it would with

AA - Q - AA -

You get more hp, but less ad?
Yes, but with that more hp you can survive a lot more in team fights which is what you need now.

Even though

Why

Well, the reason to this is because your

Plus you'd want that constant speed instead of that extra 90 move speed untill you get damaged, yeah this will allow you to move around more but if you get hit you can't get away unlike with

The reason i put this item into my build is due to the fact you get so many stats you get two passives.
One of the passives is Rage, this will allow you to keep up with running targets once you hit them and if you get your w slow it will help a lot more.
The second passive is when you deal physical damage you "Cleave" some of there armor off reducing there armor by 5% each hit up to 30% (6 times) Adding this on with its default stats is a really useful item for this build.
You get hp, you reduce their armor and get move speed on hit this is why

Now this item was kinda a weird pick into this build, it works really well if the team has a lot of cc or high damage spells it gives Magic Resistance, Attack Damage and a Spell shield
This helps you out a lot if there is AP on the team or just hard cc.
Only downfall to this item is the channel time casting spells or getting damaged will stop the shield so you have to be smart when using this.

Now why this item as your last? well that's because its not as important as all your other items yeah this gives your crits 50% more damage and your Q does crit at 100% if you're right next to them but id pretty much recommend this item if you don't need the extra survivability But if you do id suggest you going the items below.

I suggest you going this if you feel like you need it, if you're having trouble surviving in team fights and you feel like you're not doing enough go this item you get that extra life and you could turn the team fight around and if you get caught out you still have another chance.

I feel like if they have more ad or all ad going this item last gives you more hp more armor and extra move speed and a on hit effect what more could you want?

Kinda the same with

If you do choose to go this item you can sell your boots and get any other boots ranging from

Jungle

So, Now you're in the jungle first clear, and you're on the bot side, what do you do? Start red or blue?, Starting blue is a more safer option plus

The Safer jungle is (relaxed less action)
Blue - Gromp - Wolves - Back - Red - Krugs - Raptors - Scuttle (try to get health plant)- look for open opportunities.
The Risky jungle is (action early)
Blue - Gromp - Wolves - Based on how the lanes are going, go to river take scuttle and the health plant, then aim for ganking and securing a early kill.
So you've done your clears So now what? Have you ganked a lane? Does a lane need help? this is what you need to focus on mainly while talon jungling (And other junglers) do you have dragon control? Rift herald/baron control?
What i like to do is around level 5~7 ill gank bot if my bot or i can score a kill ill focus the dragon next as talons passive

Try to help the lanes to push there towers, try to aim for objectives (pretty much basic infomation)

Team

Now looking at my cons You would of seen that i said;
Can be useless in team fights
THIS IS SO TRUE
You need to be so careful in team fights because you could be the reason you lose it or the reason you win it.
One way i team fight is mostly sitting in the middle of the team waiting for the moment to assassinate, you need to choose your targets right.
You don't have the same aoe that you used to have, you cannot just go in and kill whoever you want (unless you're insanely fed but thats not the case in this) You can choose to engage but you have to just be smart about it.
Another way i team fight is sitting in the jungle waitting for the right moment to join in on the fight as seeing the enemy team will see it as a 4v5 and may engage, this allows you to leap over the wall getting to their most fed and possibly dealing a crazy amount of damage or killing them, if you can do this you have helped your team a hell of a lot taking away a huge threat
So a big team fight has happened and lets say you were not sure what to do and ended up not being that useful within it and you know that you weren't. Ask your self these questions
Did i go for the right target?
Could i have done more?
Maybe i should have waited?
Now in a fast paced game a lot of things are going to be running through your head, go for tower? go for jungle farm? go for minions? like what do you do?
Talon can make plays that could impact the future of the game lets say you're under-fed and a team fight happens? what should you do?
Well you have 2 choices go in whenever you can, or wait for the right time.
This choice alone and can change the game for you (Don't worry i still go in whenever i can sometimes because i feel like it'll be better for the team at some points of the game so i can deal as much damage as i can mainly when im underfed though)
Now if i feel like i can have a impact if i play the fight right ill wait then once you see that opening you gotta take it and everything works out you ace there team but they have all the towers? what should you do? well you follow what your team says and if they don't say anything focus on objective.

Early

So you've finally loaded up and you're ready to go, here you are waiting at blue buff and oh wait? Your (Bot lane/Top lane) decided that they're not going to give you a leash?, Don't worry! you're talon you can do this, make sure you get

BUT WAIT the enemy jungler has showed up what do you do? They'll probably have red buff so id recommend running unless you feel like you can beat him then give it a try (not recommended) But at least you got your blue right?
now head over to red make sure you ward the brush above red so you have a bit more vision, now try to take this quick because the enemy jungler will most likely come around and you'll be lower on hp this time.
Once you take that try to head to scuttle and the health plant, this is here for only in the most extreme cases where everything seems to go wrong for you.
If everything goes to plan (Bot/Top Gives leash) And the jungler doesnt counter jungle, just focus on the normal pathing.
Don't worry i believe in you! (Make sure you try to gank as much as you can to help your laners and yourself)
If everything works out the way you want but you're not sure what to do Please resort to the Jungle Paths

Mid

Oh boy the middle game is when everything gets fun for talon, you're ether fed or just a little behind but hey that's okay! you can still help a lot.
So lets say that your top laner lost first blood tower? that's okay you decide to go up and help him and it works out since talon has such high damage with just w q passive and the added damage from your top laner will really help a lot, so the top laner is dead now what? well help him push that top tower so he can start helping the team more, in this phase you want to try to keep your map pressure really high to help everyone (Big thing to ask i know) So you get the top tower and you both seem pretty healthy you ping for rift herald so that's 2 objectives down, (Only if yous are healthy try the rift herald).
Try to repeat with the botlane but instead getting dragon, now this may be a bit more harder then rift as depending on what dragon the enemy will most likely try and contest you but if your team follows up and if you

Continue aiming for objectives and you will be a okay.

Late

Group as a team and go for Baron or try and push more towers to get a inhib.
In this situation say the team fights are easy go for baron so in the later game you can get more inhibs in one session.
If it was a lucky team fight win you can choose to go for the inhib so you can back then focus on other lanes.
so you pushed mid tower got the inhib now your goal is to focus other lanes such as top and bot, you can also decide if you want to try to secure baron (only if its warded/control warded) and if you can do it fast and safe.
Once you get baron you can decide to group as 5 and push top or 4 top 1 bot (not recommended in most cases) and get more towers allowing you to get that sweet win.
