She can just w your q/w/e/r so she is basicly a big threat agains't you so you gotta Punish her when her Lunge is on cooldown, which is her main mobility skill. CC her when she activates her Burst of Speed, as it will go on a long cooldown after 3 seconds if she does not get any kills and you're good to go c;

I play League of Legends since it came out, or before that... i played MOINCRAFT
I'm an Silver 2 player when i play on normal games i get teams full of Gold, Plat, Diamond, Sometimes silver
I think it means something...

I have mained Cho'Gath for a long time before The Mastery Update i stopped for awwhile and started maining Vayne/Lee Sin
"Why are you doing this guide?"
Well i did this because my friend did a Cho'Gath guide too so i wanted to see who's guide will be the best

So i decided to update the Guide everyday many times!
+ Good escape mechanism
+ Good engage mechanism (Expecially combined with Rupture & Feral Scream)
- High cooldown (300 secs - 5 mins)
Ignite
+ Good to prevent high HP regen champs from healing during fights
+ Good to finish off low HP champs
+ Low cooldown (180 secs - 3 mins)
Exhaust
+ Good escape mechanism
+ Good engage mechanism (Expecially combined with basic attack + Vorpal Spikes & Spells)
+ Increase you CC in teamrights
+ Decrease enemies mov. speed, attack speed, attack damage & ability/items damage
+ Low cooldown (210 secs - 3 mins & 30 secs)
This is a utility spells combo... you main task on teamfights is to protect your carrys and deal damage, i think this spells helps cho'gath acomplishing that objectives.

+ Good engage mechanism (Expecially combined with basic attack + Vorpal Spikes)
+ Low cooldown (210 secs - 3 mins & 30 secs)
His E Vorpal Spikes is very easy to farm with even if you only put one point into it but in this build you wanna max it because you get better last hits on minions, and you can trade with an enemy that doesn't have any sustain at all in his/her kit then it should be very easy to trade with your sustain from last hitting minions (Using your passive)
SHORTER VERSION (PROS AND CONS)
Pros and Cons (Farming)
+ Alot of sustain (makes you stay longer in lane)
+ Easy to last hit with your maxed Vorpal Spikes E
