She throws her bendy thing out before teleporting to you and basically killing you. Zone her from the wave and deny her farm. if she misses Q you can punish her before it comes back in 2 seconds, if she hits then I am sorry for your loss.

Mandate Build
Imperial Mandate:
Unique – Coordinated Fire: Abilities that immobilize enemy champions deal 60 − 100 (based on level) bonus magic damage and mark them for 4 seconds. Allied champions that damage marked enemies consume the mark to deal 60 − 100 (based on target's level) bonus magic damage and grant you and the triggering ally 20% bonus movement speed for 2 seconds (6 second cooldown per enemy champion).
Basically this means that immobilising abilities deal 60-100 free damage and marks the target. If that mark is expunged then the damage happens again but it goes on a 6s cooldown.
If it is not expunged then it has no cooldown.
ASol stars count as separate abilities, and when you buy a rylais, they become immobilising abilities. Meaning that each star will constantly deal 60-100 free damage unless an ally damages them afterwards, at which point you gain MS and they take more damage anyway, and thats on a 6s cd.
