Hey guys! still new here so you might not feel energized to look at this but, ill try ^^. Since i played ezreal i kinda like its frost build before until its gone. After a very long tests of builds i come up with this new frost build which is hybrid but the same as it was before. With the new skill system of ezreal which also adds AP points in his 1st skill now im pretty sure you'll love this build.
