Please take your time to read my notes, its a plain but smart guide.
Maybe i'll give more info later but you should try to simulate a Game with this Build in your Mind, to better understand the benefits. I realy don't want to explain standart Gameplay Tactics for Jungle or good Team-Combinations with Rammus.
Masterys
Safeguard for lvl 6 TD's (IDK why there is Safeguard from Lee Sin, i meant the Mastery Safeguard (5% less Tower Damage))-
Relentless
and
Tenacious
for better chance of hitting Puncturing Taunt, after getting cc'ed in early gank!

Juggernaut
so your HP items will cash out, cause rammus preferes ARMOR as defensive stat due to his passive Spiked Shell.

Good Hands
cause Rammus is awesome in Teamfight if you are well trained!

Improved Recall
cause Rammus might often survive with low hp and got no Lifesteal to refill health in Jungle for this Build.
- Master Mind for lowering Flash CD.
