Hello, welcome to my Darius guide. I'm KrazyKid1024 and am a serious Darius enthusiast. I've been playing him consistently since season 7, and have tried all sorts of different builds on him, all the way from Zhonya's Hourglass to full tank with grasp. Darius is a high damage juggernaut that is oriented towards longer trades and lane dominance. If you manage to snowball the lane on Darius, your goal will be to close out the game before the enemies can outscale you. Although Darius does fall off later on into the game, his ultimate and passive allow him to remain a threat in teamfights and wreak havoc if he can even land one ult reset. His main weakness is his ability to get kited easily due to lack of a movement ability in his kit, this is why in 99% of your games on Darius you will be running ghost and flash.

Passive Hemorrhage: Darius's attacks and damaging abilities cause enemies to bleed for[13-30 +30% bonus AD] physical damage over 5 seconds, stacking up to 5 times.

• What the tooltip doesn't list is that when you reach 5 stacks on an enemy it gives you 30-230 more AD. It also deals 75% more damage to monsters allowing Darius to have mediocre jungling.

Q Decimate: Darius winds up and swings his axe in a wide circle. Enemies struck by the blade take more damage than those struck by the handle. Darius heals based on enemy champions and large monsters hit by the blade.

• The damage for the blade is 50 / 80 / 110 / 140 / 170 (+ 100 / 110 / 120 / 130 / 140% AD), and for the handle it deals 1/3 damage. The healing is 15% missing hp per champion hit up to 45%. Blade applies Hemorrhage.
  
  W Crippling Strike: Darius's next attack strikes an enemy's crucial artery. As they bleed out, their Movement Speed is slowed.
  • The attack deals 40 / 45 / 50 / 55 / 60% AD more damage, and it slows by 90%. If it kills a unit, the cooldown gets 50% refunded, and the mana cost gets refunded. The animation can be cancelled with Q, allowing for some fast burst damage in short trades.
  
  E Apprehend:Darius hones his axe, passively causing his physical damage to ignore a percentage of his target's Armor. When activated, Darius sweeps up his enemies with his axe's hook and pulls them to him.
  • Darius gains 15 / 20 / 25 / 30 / 35% armor pen, and the hook has a HUGE hitbox, with a range of 535. For example, Lucian and Twisted Fate both have a shorter range than Darius E. All enemies hit by the hook are slowed by 40%. This is Darius' main way of keeping a fight going, or instigating a fight.
  
  R Noxian Guillotine: Darius leaps to an enemy champion and strikes a lethal blow, dealing true damage. This damage is increased for each stack of Hemorrhage on the target. If Noxian Guillotine is a killing blow, its cooldown is refreshed for a brief duration.
  • This is Darius' most iconic ability. It is more formally known as The Dunk in the league community. It deals 100 / 200 / 300 (+ 75% bonus AD) TRUE DAMAGE increased by 20% per stack of Hemorrhage, up to 200 / 400 / 600 (+150% bonus AD) TRUE DAMAGE
