The runes for this Ezreal guide is pretty standard. Like all ad carries you need a good combination of sustainiblity and damage. You should try to get supports like soraka to lane with you so you have lots of mana so you can farm farm with your q. If you can't though get mana regeneration runes.

The Doran's blade and the mastery Vamprism give you the lifesteal you need to sustain your health and also harass your opponent. The Greaves will help you chase and with the attack speed kill. Then with the Manamune you should be able to spam all your moves and will have NO need of the blue buff. Then with the Inifinty Edge, Bloodthrister, Trinity Force, and Black Cleaver. You should be able too kill tanks and junglers alot more easily.

Your q is you primary damage source and you e is your secondary damage source use these to chase and widdle down you opponent. Your w is almost useless unless your planning to be ap caster on you team. Your w cost too much mana so you shouldn't use it that much. Using you ultimate in the middle of a team fight could be a fight changing play so don't forget to do that.
