With this build garen will be a legendary champion. He will be strong, resistant and fast enought to garantee the kill.

Itens

You can change the place ofthe Ravenous Hydra with the Guardian Angel if the opponents are OP: Over power
Also you don't need the alacrity enchantament, i only recomend that

You can substitute:
The Sunfire Cape with the Randuin's Omen
The Spirit Visage with the Banshee's Veil
The Ravenous Hydra with the Bloodthrister
And the Guardian Angel with the Warmog's Armor

But none of this optional itens will suit Garen better than the built

Skill Sequence

Focus mastering you E first to Farm as well as you can
It will be Vitally important to Get that gold to Buy the Build.

Spells

I prefeer flash and ingite, both of them help to get the kill and flash can also help you to scape a gank.
teleport can subtitute ignite but isn't gonna help that much in early game
in late game garen will be really fast so it isn't soo necessary

Summary

With this guide Garen will be one of the most Tank, AD and fast champions in the match.
He will be Perfect to make a gank and in late game he will be really good at the team fights too.
Also he will have a enormous health regeneration and 35% less cooldown (maximum is 40%)
