For runes you want to take
Predator seems like best rune for Hecarim,
Electrocute gives you more burst potential, so if you want you can try, also instead of Ravenous Hunter you should go Relentless Hunter
Hecarim's E and R can proc Sudden Impact, so that's obvious choice.
Eyeball Collection for more AD, there is some changes on PBE, if they come on real servers, then Zombie Ward can be better choice.
Ravenous Hunter for the more MS for your passive, Warpath, this rune will be buffed in next patch, so deffinetly the best choice.
Secondary tree is Sorcery so it gives you bonus Adaptive damage, in Hecarim's case that's AD of course.
Choice here is really simple, you are playing Hecarim so you want as much movement speed as possible, so you want take Waterwalking and Celerity, for early fights around Rift Scuttler .
One intresting Rune page is with Phase Rush as Keystone and take all 3 move speed buff runes: Waterwalking, Celerity and Nimbus Cloak, for secondary you can go Domination with Sudden Impact and Relentless Hunter
This is the best jungle item upgrade for Hecarim, even that seems Stalker's Blade is best jungle item upgrade for Hecarim because it gives you bonus MS after "smiting" enemy and obviously gives you more AD because Warpath, Skirmisher's Sabre gives Hecarim increased duel potential because it's passive reduce damage dealt to you, of course that "Red Smite" burst over time which is stacking with Red buff.
You should rush TriFroce even before you finish your jungle item,because Hecarim doesn't need that much health in early game and benefits a lot from building damage and movement speed it gives you, of course TriForce fix Hecarim's problems with mana( Sheen), and gives him a litle bit of tankiness ( Phage).
This is best boots upgrade for Hecarim in current meta,where is a lot of slows and other disables which, obviously, counter Hecarim.
If you playing versus AD oriented comp you should instead take Ninja Tabi for more armor.
This item is "must-buy" on Hecarim, becuase he have big amount of base damage, and also this item, obviously gives you a huge amount of tankiness.
This item is really good on Hecarim because it gives you AD for more burst potential, and of course you can use your Onslaught of Shadows and Devastating Charge for escaping after revive.
This item is good if you make an early game adventage and you want to snowball and carry.
Dead Man's Plate
This item also can give you snowball potential after early game lead.
Spirit Visage is perfect item for Hecarim if he is facing hard AP oriented team, also this item increase your healing from Spirit of Dread
This item you can take if you are playing vs full AD enemy team,it gives you a big advantage in teamfights.
Your route should start from one of the buffes, of course depending on the match ups. You should choose the buff from whom you will start by determining which lanes have the highest priority, and which is wining condition for your team.
In any case, your route should look something like this:
If you start a red buff then you want to take your raptors then wolves and finally blue buff. Obviously with this you are level 4 and you can gank.
In case you start with a blue buff then do the whole procedure backwards, wolves, raptors, red buff.
You should choose the buff from whom you will start by determining which lanes have the highest priority, and which is wining condition for your team.
If, for example, your wining condition is your adc condition you should take a buff that is located on the top side of the map and clear jungle to the bottom...
Of course if there are no lanes for gank you should take a scuttle if it still alive on that side of the map. Next, you can take Gromp or Crugs and go back to the base and take Skirmisher's Sabre.
In case you run into match ups such as xin zhao or even Evelynn, Kha'Zix should not try to contest a Scuttle because Hecarim is too weak in the early game, even though you took Waterwalking and Celerity.
- Hecarim's Q Rampage doesn't work like Renekton's W, using Q on Hecarim immediately after your AA will CANCEL your auto attack!
-You can use your Q Rampage while you are in animation of R Onslaught of Shadows.
-You can use E Devastating Charge with combination Onslaught of Shadows to catch someone, use your ultimate to get ahead of them to make the fear, then you can knock them back right in your team.
-After changes in patch 7.16 on Onslaught of Shadows's, best option for team fights is to use your Onslaught of Shadows on max range because it will increase fear duration.
-After buying Sheen/ Trinity Force don't forget to spam your Rampage if you are fight whenever is Sheen's passiv up, to increase your damage output.
-Using Rampage immediately after procing your Devastating Charge on someone to increase damage output, because, obviously during Devastating Charge you have increased movement speed what causes your damage increase and therefore AD scaling on
