Stormraider's Surge is by FAR the best keystone on Darius(regular build). It is better than grasp on nearly all stages of the game but the very beginning and gives you anti-kite capabilities which is one of Darius' biggest weaknesses. Some people will say that it's situational... bull**** it's always(99.9%) good even if your laner is a tank it will help massively beyond laning phase. Other than that, fearless instead of insight could be good for spam engage champs like Renekton but generally you will want insight because Teleport and Flash have very long cooldowns.
Trinity Force is better than BC in almost all ways and situations. The attack speed(the best part) makes it so that you can get 5 stacks REALLY fast and makes a huge difference in any fight. The TF passive does immense amounts of damage to squishes and turrets. You get the same cdr and speed boost as you do from BC but a little less health and ad(the passive completely makes up for it). Extra mana is always handy and the 5% movement speed boost stacks very well with DMP. The only downside is it is significantly more expensive than BC so you will have a lot less defense early on but if your not super behind it's well worth the cost.
With Darius jungle, start red side and tell them to give you a hard leash(don't smite the first camp) so you can survive through the rest of the clear. Try to get at least 650 gold when you back and if you're having trouble with that buy 3 health pots instead of a refillable pot.
With mid-lane Darius, do not be afraid to farm using Q to avoid some poke as you will probably be starting corrupting pot which will restore a lot of your mana. Same goes for top-lane since your Q is on a relatively low cool down and doesn't use much mana however you do want to conserve mana where possible because darius' mana regen is terrible. Your opponent might also want to engage on you after you use your Q to farm so take that into consideration. Lastly, use your W to secure cannon minions and to help last hitting in general because it refunds mana.
