Pros/Cons

Pros
+ Good gap closer/escape
+ Good kiting
+ Incredible kit
+ Good poke for laning
+ Practicable combos
+ Gap closing ability can go over some walls
+ Huge presence early and mid game; late game if you are able to get ahead
+ Recently buffed
+ Lots of pros, not many cons...

Cons
- Somewhat difficult to master
- Combos can be confusing
- Squishy
- Falls off late game unless you can get ahead early

9x Greater Glyph of Scaling Magic Resist

These are very standard runes for ADCs, and the only thing that you might find a little bit different than the average page, is my choice to bring Scaling Magic Resist Glyphs instead of Magic Resist Glyphs. Like I said, this isn't a major difference or anything, in-fact a lot of people enjoy that choice, however it just comes down to whether you want more early-game MR (and less late-game) or more late-game MR (and less early-game).
