Jayce is a very strong top and mid laner, with many abilities to kill all your enemies. Jayce is not played/viable in s5 patch (5.8) because of many nerfed before, and is currently a tanky meta. On the other hand, recently on PBE, Jayce is getting a few tweaks on his kit(mostly buffs). Guide will update when jayce buff comes out.

Standard damage runes for Jayce. This is very good for Jayce because he can dish out more damage early and take less damage early from Jayce counters. The MR runes are for Jayce's low MR.
