Galio
this is arguably one of the hardest matchups for LeBlanc. not only does he eat your combos like it's nothing, his all in potential will hurt you alot. try to farm and roam whenever you can.

IMPORTANT!
FIRST RUNE TREE: DOMINATION
ELECTROCUDE:
This is a must on leblanc. Not only do you proc it easily but you do massive damage with it.
CHEAP SHOT VS SUDDEN IMPACT

If the enemy team has alot of squishies get Cheap shot, Otherwise get sudden impact.
ZOMBIE WARD
This Rune is really helpful because it'll basically give you another free ward once the old one dies. and if no one messes with it by the time the zombie ward dies you'll have another one ready.
RAVENOUS HUNTER
This rune will allow you to heal yourself from basic attacks and spell vamp, provided you don't fall behind.
SECONDARY TREE: SORCERY
NULLFING ORB VS MANAFLOW BAND
Get Nullfing orb if the enemy has a stronger laning phase than you Otherwise get manaflow band for more sustain.
TRANSCEDENCE VS CELERITY VS ABSOLUTE FOCUS

If you plan to roam alot get Celerity. If you want to play it safe in laining phase get Absolute focus. Otherwise get Transcedence
SCORCH VS GATHERING STORM

This one is dependent on your playstyle. Get Scorch if you want to do damage early. Get Gathering storm if you want to do damage later on.

You can be pretty flexible with LeBlanc's Items. Here are some good recomendations for all of the game stages.
EARLY GAME
Early game you'll almost always want to start of with a
Dorans Ring. It will give you a good mix of early poke and sustain. You should only get a
Dark Seal if you need some extra sustain in lane.
On your first back you should always buy a
Hextech Revolver. This will give you a decent ammount of damage early on. If you have extra gold you can always buy a pair of
Boots or some
Control Wards. You should only get a
Lost Chapter if you want to rush morelo or get some more sustain.
After your 3rd or 4th back you should have completed your
Hextech Gunblade and
Sorcery Shoes. You can also get a
Hextech protobelt instead of gundblade if you want more out of your bursts.
MID GAME:
At This point of the game you should start roaming around the map and helping teammates out. If you're not behind at this point then you should be close to being able to one shot any enemy below 1600 Health. Rush
Morellonomicon For some CDR and Prevent Healing or get a
Rabadons For more Raw Damage.
Once you got one of those two consider getting either a
Void Staff if the enemy team has some MR or a
Banshees Veil if the enemy has alot of CC.
LATE GAME:
At This point Any enemy that has no MR and is at 2000hp or Lower is easily one shotted by you. At this point you should be grouping up with your team and seigin objectives. Your job is to delete any squishies the enemy team has. Be mindful that this will probably require you to dive into the backline and act quickly or else you'll be CCed and killed faster than you can flash.
A
Liandrys Toremnt would be an excellent choice if the enemy has alot of tanks or if you need a little bit more health. Alternitvely you can buy either an
Adaptive helm if you keep getting pokded/damaged by alot of magic damage or a
Abyssal Mask if the enemy has alot of Magic Damage. If you bought a
Lich Bane Early On then consider buying a
zzrot portal. This will allow you to start split pushing and do a surprising ammount of damage to towers. Lastly you can finish of the build buying either a
Zhonyas hourglass if you don't have one or a
Mejais Soul stealer if you're really ahead.

So all in all, LeBlanc can both terryfing and annoying to deal with in the right hands. She can easily become one of the best champions in your arsenal if you put in the time with her. I hope this guide helped a little if not pointed you in the right direction.
Good luck on your next games summoner! and see you on the rift.
